# The Fourth Lesson: Belief in Angels 1. What is the material of creation of angels and the evidence? Refer to the evidence in the sheet. 2. When did God create the angels? Before the creation of Adam. How many angels are there? A large number, only Allah knows their exact number. 3. What are the characteristics of angels? (They are created to obey God), (They have extraordinary abilities), (They have wings”), (They are similar in shape to humans), (They are neither male nor female), (They do not eat or drink). 4. What are the roles of angels? (Praising God and carrying the throne), (Delivering God's law to the prophets), (Protecting the prophets), (Supporting the believers), (Seeking forgiveness for the believers), (Observing actions), (Guarding the human), (Encouraging the servant towards good), (Taking the soul), (Questioning in the grave), (Welcoming the people of Paradise), (Tormenting the people of the Hell). What are the characteristics of the Quran? (Preservation), (Comprehensive), (General), (Miraculous), (Ease). Refer to the book and read the meaning of comprehensive and general on page 31. Derive the characteristics from the Qur'anic verses. 4. What are the implications of believing in the Books? * They are from God * They confirm each other * They have the same goal, which is to call for the oneness of God 5. What is the objective of the heavenly books? To call for the oneness of God and righteous deeds. 6. The Quran is the final and greatest heavenly book, superseding all previous scriptures.
