Identify methods instituted to control population at the individual and national level. It is important to control the population of a country; because unchecked migration in and out of the country can create social problems which they may not be able to handle. Unchecked migration may lead to difficulties in controlling population growth. Governments need to make sure that there are resources available to feed the population and to ensure that population growth is checked. a large population means that more is spent on consumption and less is available for investment. Methods instituted to control population at the individual and national level; Countries have imposed certain restrictions on their citizens leaving their shores and on would-be immigrants coming into the country.
