Oral diagnosis for charting and prostho dept Frontal view- Incisal plane parallel to (for approval) + prelim impression + diag the interpupillary line (fox plane) cast ○ Yung sa eye part- II. : Final impression of px + master cast interpupillary line or fox III. : After making a wax pattern, denture base plane. ,Fitting to the patient. ○ Yung naka insert sa mouth IV. Occlusion rims + horizontal, vertical -fox plane guide,boomerang occlusion like. V. Setting, setting of teeth, try-in, posterior setting VI. Recall for wax denture try in. Check ant and post bite ,pestoon. VII. Recall for delivery ,Adjust the bite if retentive. NOTE: 7 APPOINTMENTS (varies) Sagittal/ Proximal view- occlusal Wax denture fitting plane parallel to the ala Trim and polish (nose)-tragus (ear) line. Recall for delivery Fox plane guide should be parallel deliver= adjust teeth, bite, retentive or not + when you look at the side, from the ayusin problems ala of the nose, tragus of the ear Recall again For a practitioner.
