The following is a few keys to become a good leader: Motivate employees to improve Increase unity between company goals and employees Establish confidence in employees Create a positive workplace culture 2- Discuss How to strengthen Time- Management Skills. a. Determine the priorities for the week To prioritize tasks, workers need to know their due dates and their impact on other parts of the organization. Prioritisation becomes easier with practice. Once they have identified important tasks, they can create a weekly and daily task list to ensure that they focus on these priority items. b. Practice stress management techniques Frequent breaks during working hours must take place to manage stress levels and maximize productivity. Frequent breaks enhance mental well-being and performance. c. Focus on one task at a time Focusing on multiple tasks may cause a loss of time when switching between tasks. It is better to concentrate on one task at a time. Focused work increases productivity and improves concentration. d. Limit distractions and interruptions Avoid distractions and interruptions for giving it full attention. Turn off anything that can distract, including notifications from phone, email and social media. 3- What do we mean by a persuasive resume? Outline in details the steps of writing a persuasive resume’. A resume is a summary of education, skills, accomplishments, and experience. To prepare a successful resume, it needs to know how to review, summarize, and present the experiences and achievements on one page Steps to write a persuasive resume: a. Start by writing a summary of qualifications, a description of responsibilities (e.g. 10 years of experience; worked directly with clients). Use action verbs, quantify and/or qualify the statements. b. Write down the employment history, in sequential order starting with the most recent position. Include responsibilities and accomplishments. c. Education would be the next heading and list the schools in sequential order as well. d. Professional Affiliations (associations) should be the next heading. If there are any publications or community services, they would be listed. e. A great way to highlight different areas of experience is through the creation of an addition details to the resume. On this separate page, provide the detail of wide background in a well-organized and easy way to understand. f.The top of the resume should begin with a heading that includes name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. 4- What are the benefits of messaging for businesses? Business messaging is an essential solution to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Acquire more customers Instant messaging helps business to connect with customers and engage them in real-time that meets their expectations, increases consumer base, and increase revenue growth. Expand customer engagement By adding new customer communication channels to the existing ones can increase customer engagement and deliver a better experience. Many organizations set up formal staff meetings at a specific time each week or month. Other formal business meetings, such as conferences or quarterly sales, meetings, maybe planned for longer period of time. Multinational Meetings Many companies conduct meetings in which all participants: Do not speak the same language, not in the same physical location. It is very formal and require detailed planning and preparation (Time differences for the difference locations must be considered). Knowledge of international, time differences, technology and business etiquette is important for these meetings. 6- The power of words can control the thoughts, emotions and the decisions of others. Giving an oral presentation can be a challenge, unless we manage it with the right plan and delivery. Give a brief guide for a presenter to prepare an interesting oral presentation. Determine the objectives, topic, and audience for the presentation. Arrange the material in a logical way and write an outline of the main points. Compose the presentation and create visual aids to support the content. Practice the presentation, time it, and make necessary adjustments.
