Avoid Alcohol and Smoking 2.Minimization of Caffeine. 3.Folic acid 400 micro gram or 5 mg. 4.Continue safe drugs if necessary or look for safe alternative. 5.Stop these drugs Etritinate”Vitamine A derivative” 3 years before pregnancy.
