Students must ensure that they do not pay the exam fee more than once. There will be no refund for overpayment.** **2. Applications received after the stipulated date will not be accepted under any circumstances.** **3. After verifying the attendance, eligibility and examination information of the students, the Heads of Departments / Principals of the colleges must confirm the non-issuance of admit cards to the students. In case an ineligible student has been issued an admit card, the Head of the Department/Principal of the college will be responsible.** **4. Students must compulsorily complete a minimum of 75% attendance at the end of the semester. Students who fail to complete this attendance shall not be issued an admit card and shall not be allowed to appear for the examinations. This attendance list must be submitted to the Examination Department of the University.** **5. As the Karnataka Government is directly transferring student stipends to the accounts of SC/ST/Cat-I/IIA/IIB/IIIA/IIIB students through SSP, there will be no exemption from examination fees for such students.** **6.
