Promotes arts from the regions (CAR11/12CAP-0c -e-9) National Commission For Culture And The Arts What is NCCA?  National Commission For Culture And The Arts It is the overall policy-making body, coordinating, and grants- giving agency for the preservation, development, and promotion of Philippine arts and culture. VILLAMOR a.k.a Nora Aunor National Artist for Film and Broadcast Arts (2022) the “Superstar” has an extensive filmography— 170 films—is exceeded only by the number of awards and citations she has received from local and international organizations. NOTABLE WORKS And God Smiled at Me In 1972, her performance earned her, her first ever Best Actress trophy at the Quezon City Film Festival.
