# CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 04-2014 ## Subject: Amendment of Customs Administrative Order No. 010-76 - to re-define the Administrative Jurisdiction of the Customs Collection District of Batangas (Collection District IV), by including the Sub-Port of Aurora. ## Details Pursuant to Section 701 of the Tariff and Customs Code of the Philippines, as amended, in relation to: - Republic Act No. 9490, as amended by Republic Act No. 100083. > otherwise known as "Aurora Pacific Special Economic Zone of 2007", Customs Administrative Order (CAO) No. 010-76 dated 23 February 1976 is hereby amended to include Aurora as sub-port of entry of the Port of Batangas. ## Paragraph 1, 4^th. Sub-paragraph of CAO No. 010-76 - is hereby amended to read as follows: > “Fourth. — The District of Batangas, comprising the provinces of Quezon, Aurora, Polilio Islands, Batangas, Marinduque, Oriental and Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, the Lubang and Cuyo Islands, Calamian Group, and all the other islands within the jurisdiction of the said provinces, in which Batangas City, shall be the principal port of entry. Its sub-ports of entry are Puerto Princesa, Palawan and Siain (Plaridel), Quezon and Aurora.” ## Effective Date This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation and after filing three (3) copies thereof with the University of the Philippines (UP) Law Center. ## Approved by - CESAR V.
