1. Open Salesforce and go to your dashboard. Click on your CADs in Progress report and then click on the opportunity name 2. Open Right Angle and toggle to “All” projects. Search the customers name and then click on their project 3. Be sure to check that the status is “Approved...
1. Open Salesforce and go to your dashboard. Click on your CADs in Progress report and then click on the opportunity name 2. Open Right Angle and toggle to “All” projects. Search the customers name and then click on their project 3. Be sure to check that the status is “Approved” and that there are 2 les in “Finished Files” on the right 4. In the “Finished Files” box, click on “Download All” to download the CAD + the structural letter ◦ The PV Plan is the CAD ◦ The other le is the Structural Letter or Roof Evaluation that we will use for our ENG fi fi 5. Open the CAD (PV Plan) and then in SF, open the Aurora Design or Firelane Setbacks screenshot 6. Looking at the CAD, con rm the following is accurate to the Files we sent, and Products and the P&I in SF: On the right hand side of PV-1 (page 1)double check: ▪ Panel count ▪ Panel type ▪ Inverter count ▪ Inverter type ▪ If you notice a discrepancy between the CAD and SF for the inverter count → refer to “CAD Review - Inverter Discrepancy” talk track ▪ AC system size ▪ DC system size On PV-2 (page 2) of the CAD, con rm that the design matches the correct Aurora Design and Firelane Setbacks as SF ▪ Any variations should be brought to your ATLs attention for further steps ▪ If an error was made and a revision is needed → refer to CAD Revision Guidelines 7. Then in the opp in SF enter the following: The Module Tilt Angle ▪ This is the Roof Tilt fi fi ▪ If multiple pitches are listed, choose and enter in SF the pitch for whichever array has the most number of panels The Compass Direction ▪ If there are 2 arrays that have the same compass direction → list them separately ▪ If the system is 1 array → list only the Compass Direction 8. Then open the Structural Letter or Roof Evaluation Letter and split the screen with the CAD If you can’t see the pages of the CAD/Letter on the sides, click the book like button on the top left and click “Thumbnails” → this will allow you to copy and paste the pages 9. On the CAD, click Page 1 in the thumbnails. Then on your keyboard click “command + a” to highlight all the pages. Then “command + c” to copy all of the CAD pages 10. Then click the last page of the Structural Letter and paste the CAD pages Please note: this will push the last page of the structural letter to the bottom of the document. Click and drag it back up to be the page before the CAD begins 11. Rename the les: PV Plan → “First Name Last Name - CAD” Structural Letter → “First Name Last Name - CAD ENG” 12. Then upload them into SF Files by clicking “Add Files” → then “Upload Files” → then “Add” 13. In SF under Electrical/Exterior/Attic: Check the CAD Panel Veri cation box ◦ Only once the CAD is back and panel count and layout has been veri ed) Enter the CAD Packet Received Date ◦ This will match the date listed next to the CAD File name in Right Angle fi fi fi
