If your uniform is not to standard or a member of the management team, training instructor or CCLT feels your uniform doesn’t comply you’ll be asked to make any necessary changes. The expectation is that every CM will give feedback on uniform standards at the briefing to address any non-compliance and/or praise crew for their smart appearance. This can be delivered verbally or a uniform snapshot can be completed. Peer to peer feedback is equally important.
