A sharp look out must be kept at all times and the Loco Pilot must be prepared to stop clear and short of any obstruction which may exist or crop up on the track. 5. When approaching the station ahead, Loco Pilot must stop his train engine / light engine / trolley / tower wagon / diesel rail car / self- propelled vehicle / other vehicle out side First Stop Signal and sound continuously whistle or by sounding the horn of self-propelled vehicle, if provided, as per special instructions.
