[Realm] Realm means domains or sphere; Realm can also mean dimension: spiritual domain, divine rule, Heaven Kingdom, the eternal, spiritual realm where God dwells, God's presence, God's realm / sphere. God's realm is beyond human comprehension, but through faith and obedience, we can experience His beauty and majesty. God's realm is His presence dimension existence by God's character of His divine person. Therefore a Realm is a kingdom or a sphere of a kingdom of God's presence. Matthew 6:10 (New International Version) **^10 ^**your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Luke 17:21 (New International Version) **^21 ^**nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is in your midst."^\[[a](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=luke%2017%3A21&version=NIV#fen-NIV-25673a)\]^ [How do we enter God's Realm?] To enter God's realm, one must - Accept Jesus Christ as lord and savior (why?) **^6 ^**Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 (New International Version) - Repentance - Seek forgiveness - Calling upon the (Names) of the lord - Declaring the nature of the lord - Declaring the greatness of the lord - Declaring the character of the lord - Declaring the attributes of the lord [How ascending in God's realm start?] - Starts with human spirit in ( praise, living for the glory of God, living to honor God, worship) - Living for the glory of God and honoring God, the human spirit is gathering praise and worship - Because No one can give what he does not have; we need to experience the life of worship, we are going to worship God with. - As we start to praise and worship God, the spirit of man in worship will start to ascend in God's presence in the throne room. -(How?) The human spirit through declaring who God is, will start ascend in God's presence. -the human spirit will ascend to the mountain of the lord through worship of the spirit. You will never worship the lord until you step into the spirit of God's mighty (Realm of God's presence). The spirit of man will not worship the lord until he gets to that place, the realm of God's presence because the spirit of man needs a revelation. [How do you approach the king of king? ] After ascending, the next step will be approach or drawing closer to the father in His throne room. In approaching the king, the lord of the lords our attitude should by reverence, honor, and worship. In due time the spirit of fear of God will begin to sermon you. The spirit of the fear of God is the holiness of God. When you ascend, you will approach the throne of God with coincidence and you will start to response (Hebrews 4:16) [What is the purpose of ascending?] The purpose of ascending in God's presence is to come to a place and we fellowship with God, and we have communion with God. in ascending to God's presence: - We start by declaring the nature character of God, greatness of God. - By speaking and shocking our life in different realms of God's presence, the spirit of God will start to carry us in dimensions. And this is where the spirit of the lord will rest upon us. [Elements that uphold us in the presence of God] After our human spirit has/ have ascended in God's presence; we will start to approach God's presence. And while approaching the presence of God there are elements that will uphold us in the realm of God's presence. In His greatness there are elements that uphold us to stand in His presence. - The blood of Jesus - The testimony of Jesus Christ - The infinite love of God - The eternal word (the word Christ) 1[) The blood of Jesus] Hebrews 12:24 (King James Version) "24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel." The bloods of Jesus uphold us in and around the throne of God. it's only in the voice of the blood of Jesus that we are accepted. The blood speaks on our behalf. The blood of the lamb is what we must confess because it uphold us (songs of the blood of the lamb) 2[) The testimony of Jesus Christ] The element of the testimony of Jesus Christ uphold us in the realms of God's presence. The love of Christ, faithfulness of Christ; God wants the testimony of Jesus Christ. God wants to hear the love of God through Christ. [3) The infinite love of God (Agape of God)] If we will stand in the presence of God we need the infinite love of God. Because God is love. Love is one element that upholds us in the throne room in God's presence. God is love and love is God; this means God Himself uphold us in His presence. The experiences of His love in Christ Jesus uphold us in worship. 4[) The eternal word (the word Christ)] The eternal word ( the word of Christ - God) the word of God is another element that uphold us in God's presence. Psalm 27:4-5 (ESV) At this stage in the realm of God, your or our position is to just watch and see what God is doing. At this time as we watch and see, we sing about what He is doing. Psalm 82:1 [The names of God are representation of realms (realm of God).] The names of God represent different aspect, attributes and realms of His divine dimensions. The entering in the kingdom of God by man is by faith and by man ascending in the realm of God with human spirit. In the bible there have been some few individuals who have ascended in heaven physically and to some others spiritually. With the spiritual ascending of the human spirit in the realm of God, man with his court part (the inner man) will be transported or teleport by the spirit of God in the realm of God, in the inner man that is to say by a vision, or dream. When it comes to spiritual walk or ascending in the realm of God, you don't move l like you can walk in the physical or you don't see like you can see things in the physical with your natural eyes. The only way you can ascend and see in the realm of God or spiritual world is to enter into your human spirit in the static mood (or realm) that is to say the realm of dream, or Trans or a revelation; where your body must have lost its control, [Static realm (to be still)] Static realm this is when the human body has lost its strength, power and control over the human being (human spirit and human soul) and at moment the spiritual world or realm will be more real to the human spiritual the court part of your physical man, the inner man; the bible says Isaiah 40:31 But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. ------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mark 4:39 And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Peace! Be still!" And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Proverbs 3:24 If you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.                                                                        Zechariah 2:13                Be still before the LORD, all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling. Ecclesiastes 3:7 A time to tear, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak; Psalm 46:10 (New International Version) **^10 ^**He says, "Be still, and know that I am God;  I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." In man there is Human spirit, Human soul and human body; the human soul is the middle man; the one who inter mediate or link the human spirit and human body together. This means any ascending in the realm of God or any seeing you are going to have you will not by-pass the human soul. Any vision or revelations your spiritual court part (inner man) will receive will pass it through the human soul; this means you cannot do anything without the soul; human soul is the linking person of the human spirit and the human body. This is what makes man to be a man who looks into the spirit realm or world. Without the human soul man cannot see in the spirit realm. And so, when he will see or receive a vision or a revelation, the visions will be only real to the spirit of man. But when he will see a revelation and pass it to the human soul this will make a man, a person who sees in the spiritual world. Like John was Revelation 4:1 (New International Version) After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this." Because the flesh cannot enter the spiritual world it will get static or be still and left behind for the soul and human spirit to ascend in the realm and dimension; When the human body gets in the static moment or mood the spirit of man will start to see visions and revelations in the realm of the spirit; If anything is reveal to man' spirit in the realm of God, as vision, or a revelation; from the human spirit, it will go through the human soul, the scene of the mind and then to the human body. When the spirit of man receive a vision or a revelation about something it will pass through the mind and find the message, or signs, or figure of something that is store in the mind of the man. Man may want to know or get deeper information and understanding about something. This question and desire in his mind is answered by the revelation his human spirit may get from the realms and dimensions of God about such a thing; When a spirit of man receive a revelation, it will pass it in the human soul, (the mind), the revelation from the human spirit will start to look and moving around the mind where there is that information about something man may want to know about. Then the revelation from the spiritual world will provide answers to man from the realm of the spirit to the mind and then man will know what to do. The message or any information that man may have store in his mind, knowing or unknowingly, as the revelation come from the human spirit through the mind, the revelation will look for that stored information and then display hidden mystery behind that information on the scene of the human soul called the mind. Every man has this scene in the mind; a scene that images what happened; this is the scene that sees the story we hear. Whenever the Holy Spirit speaks the word man hears and receive enters sub conscious mind and searches for the word, signs, picture that conforms to what God has said inside you, and there after poetry it on the scene of the mind. This is another level of how people who are called, gifted, and talented to be prophets, seers come to know hidden mysteries about people, places, and cities. Their intuition from the realm of the spirit conform things form God in vision and revelations as their spirit man receive revelation and pass it to the mind and their intuition conforms with the word of God on the scene of the mind. We need to be more conscious and we open up to the spiritual realm; little by little we shall start to see and the more we shall do this the more we shall build the intuition to move and flow in spiritual direction. 2 Peter 3:18 (King James Version) **^18 ^**But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen. Ephesians 4:15 (New Life Version) **^15 ^**but we are to hold to the truth with love in our hearts. We are to grow up and be more like Christ. He is the leader of the church. As we grow into spiritual walking and seeing with our human spirit, God will make it appear on the scenes of our mind and by our conformation and conviction of our mind, we see and do with accuracy as we have seen it on the scene of our mind from the realm of God. **[Chapter]** **[Lord, you have been our dwelling place]** **[The origin of man]** **Psalms 90:1** **^1 ^**Lord, you have been our dwelling place\     throughout all generations. 2 Before the mountains were born or you brought forth the whole world, from everlasting to everlasting you are God. Acts 17:28 (NIV) **^28 ^**'For in him we live and move and have our being.'^\[[[a]](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Acts%2017%3A28&version=NIV#fen-NIV-27552a)\]^ As some of your own poets have said, 'We are his offspring.^[b\ ]^ **The origin of man** [Man pre-existed before the creation of the earth] Man pre-existed before the conception in mom's womb; the Lord God, created all the children of men; for in heaven God created them; before here on earth and there was not yet flesh upon the earth. Man pre-existed, he was in heavenly place before he is born on earth. The bible say, [[Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jer.1.5) Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. ![](media/image6.png)[Man's original habitation] Looking at the account of man's creation, God formed the physical body from the dust of the ground. And transformed or transfused into his nostrils the breath of life and man become a living soul. (Genesis 2:7) after the creation story we can see that in one man we have 3 persons (3 man in 1) 1\) Breath is the aspect of the human spirit: the breath of God was the transportation or migration or migrating of the spirit of man that came from the belly, the bosom of God. The human spirit is the person of man in man that per-existed before the creation of the earth. The human spirit was transported or was relocated from the belly, from the bosom of the father's belly through the medium of the Ruak of God, the breath of God into the body formed mysteriously; The mystical body; God formed the human body (man of dust), for physical existence, after creating the human body, God transported man (human spirit, the inner man) and (Ruak, the breath of God) to the body He formed from the ground. In the process of God forming and adding the inner man to the man of dust; the soul man emerged; the soul wasn't created, rather it was birthed as an offspring, it's a final product of the combination the breath of God put or infused in the human body that is the human man spirit, the inner man. The soul was a product that came out or formed after the human spirit, inner man and the man of dust, outer man came together; the bible says **Chapter** **Who is man?** To understand how everything works, we have to learn about man according to the light of the word of God. God has put in us so much that Satan wants to defeat us by lies; when God created us, He gave us capacity; and that capacity must be measured up with, it must be lived up to; we have to live out our spiritual identity and potentials. Man is God's creation; man is God's project; the bible says in the book of Genesis 1:26 [[Genesis 1:26 (NLT)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/116/gen.1.26) "Then God said, "Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground." [[Genesis 2:7 (NLT)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/116/gen.2.7) "Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man's nostrils, and the man became a living person." [The origin of man] , "Let us make human beings in our image" when God was going to make man in His own image, He did not ask Himself who man was. No person of the Godhead asked who man is; This means God knew man that is to say man was, man had always been; but God says let us make man. i.e. let us increase the influence of man or let us add to what man used to be. Before the creation of man, man's spirit was in the realms of God; so when God said "Let us make human beings in our image" God was now going to advance the nature of man. Meaning the advancement of man was to receive the image of God. He was going to take on the likeness of God so that man would have the capacity to rule. The bible says: "Then God said, "Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground." This means that God formed man in 3 aspects in His likeness. That is to say [[Genesis 1:26 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/gen.1.26) And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. - 1\) Let us make man - 2\) in our image - 3\) after our likeness Genesis 1:26 (KJV) reveal to church that "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over" every part of man's parts is called man. That is to say the 1^st^ man to be created was the man of His image. "In our image" 2^nd^ man to be created was the man of His likeness. "After our likeness" 3^rd^ man to be created was the man of dust (clay)) "Let us make man" God had in mind for three kinds of man in one man: the man of Him image, the man of His likeness, and the man of dust. Among the realms that God created in both physical and the spiritual, the earth was among the realm He created; so when God created different parts of man in man, He created man from different realms; some realms are physical and others are spiritual. The man of dust was formed from the realm of the dust, the earth; in so doing this (man of dust) He wanted to resurrect the man of dust (flesh) by bringing the man of the spirit or the man of the wind and the man of His image in unity to rule over creation. If this man comes into one his ruler ship is endless; but if one of the man is disunited or disconnected, the man will lose his influence on creation. So the unity of man becomes what God begin to restore in creation; the bible say [[Genesis 1:26 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/gen.1.26) And God said; "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: [and let them have dominion..."] The does not say "let him [dominion"] rather it says [let them have dominion".] Man in this context is not a singular man; there here is a man of different realms or nations; the man of the dust had to join forces with the man of the spiritual realms (soul and human spirit, the inner man). There are 3 man created by God, coming in the unity of purpose to carry out the dominion of God over every civilization in the spirit, on earth, beneath the earth and over the sea. Man is a carrier of the image, likeness and body of God. God said; "Let us make man in our image" the 3 fold man to join together, he had to come together into one union. God brought man out of the realm of dust; He did not create man with dust rather God made man out of the dust of the ground. He took man out; He brought man of the dust out. God removed man from the realm of the dust, the man of dust, God untied the man of his breath, wind, the air (living soul) with the inner man; when Satan saw the unity of the man of the dust, with the man of the breath, the wind and the man of His image; the devil was angry because he was under threat of man's nature. The combination of the 3 man that is to say the man of the dust, the man of the breath, the wind and the man in the image of God's likeness; this means the creation of the man of the dust caused and introduced the emergence of the man of the image, a living soul; [1^st^ man created by God] The Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground that is to say man made from clay, soil or ground this is the 1^st^ man; what God had formed from the ground, clay or soil the bible calls him man. This man created by God was the 1^st^ project of God's hand I work. When God breathed in the breath of life in the man that he had created, the man made from the dust of ground or soil, right from that 1^st^ man of the dust or soil of the earth, the dust man; man became a living soul which is also another man; and then God put the breath into that man and this another is what John 3:3 talks about that; [[John 3:3 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.3.3) Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. [[John 3:5 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.3.5) Jesus answered, Verily, verily; I say unto thee, except a man is born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. There is this 3^rd^ man that gets born again, God put in man after He had created the 1^st^ man (dust man) and 2^nd^ the breathed life( the living soul) and the 3^rd^ man(the born again man or the man who gets born again) this means that man is the a triplet being in one place called man; the bible says [[1 Thessalonians 5:23 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/1th.5.23) And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your [whole spirit and soul and body] be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. In other words, God is created man in three parts that is to say: the human spirit, inner man, and the soul and in body. When God created man, He put him in a special place in Himself. Meaning man has a special place in God. There is a place called in God. Man is a position in God; remember man is not the only position but man is a position in God; man is one of the beings that have the form of God; he is one of the positions that make up God. God gave a place and a position to man in Him; man took a place and position in God. There is a place from God and there is a place in God that only man would reflect; when you at the intention of God's creation of man, you will realize that man was actually created to be reflection of certain part of God and in God to other creations. [Man is 3 in one; ] ![](media/image8.png)Most especially when you are born again; when you are born again you are 3 in one; there is - A spirit - A Soul - A body Each of these or part of man and who man is has its own realm in life; and if we don't know how to relate, connect, walk and engage our triplet nature, the limitation in spiritual activities will be inevitable. We have mastered the physical realms but we have not mastering our soulish realm and spiritual realms. This is because we are trying to use the physical realm. The spiritual realms are understood with the spirit. The physical realm cannot explain the spiritual realm. We relate with the spirit realms with our spirits. We relate with the soulish realms with our souls; we connect to our minds to the brain cells; the mind is the power and ability to unlock the brain cells. [How man connect to ever part of himself in different realms where he was created] No inch of the human body i.e the mind, brain, organ, the blood streams came from. The hand of God formed every part of man. A Spirit God formed man. Every other thing God just command to come into existence. But when God wanted to make man; (genesis 1:26) His hand got involved. This means every part on man depends on spiritual understanding to activate and to optimize. Each part of human consciousness is interwoven, inter connected to one another. The capacity of our spiritual mastering of the realm of the mind, which is often dependent on the realm of the soul, and the soul dependent on the realm of the spirit. The spirit realm will empower longevity or eternity to the human body through the brain cell. The unseen realm becomes unproductive without its evidence in the seen realm. The immaterial things become useless without it being found as substance in the physical realms. For example: hope is immaterial, hope is unseen; hope is spiritual, hope is not tangible but there is the tangibility of hope in the realm of the spirit and that is called substance. Everything in the realms is waiting to be given expression, in physical realms for manifestation. The bible says [[1 Corinthians 12:7 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/1co.12.7) But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. [[1 Corinthians 12:8 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/1co.12.8) For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; [[1 Corinthians 12:9 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/1co.12.9) to another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; Every man is given ability to manifest the invisible things of the spirit for profit; it's simple to understand that profit comes from capacity to manifest intangible things into the tangible realms. No one could have ever known the capacity, the ability, the supremacy and sovereignty of God, if he did not create things. Before God created anything, God was in Himself, for Himself and in Himself; it wasn't easy to understand God; when He started creating things this means He brought things from Himself into manifestation. God created the heavens and the earth and the host of them. So when we speak of creation we are referring to manifestation of tangible things. And these things are - Entities' - Living creates or living things - Living habitations - God created spirit creatures, human creatures, animal creature, and creatures of different realms, creature of different dimensions. He made habitations and all these things were once in existent. Creation brought them into existence. Creation brought them into manifestation. That is why Elohim is called God. The bible says [[Genesis 1:1 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/gen.1.1) In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Meaning God brought something in existence in the beginning; something from nowhere, from nothing. The bible says [[Romans 4:17 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/rom.4.17) (as it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and [calleth those things which be not as though they were.] The things that are not came to be. John 10:34-38 [[John 10:34 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.10.34) Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? [[John 10:35 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.10.35) If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; [[John 10:36 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.10.36) say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? [[John 10:37 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.10.37) If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. [[John 10:38 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.10.38) But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. That means we are gods, we are co-laborers with our father God. to bring to creation or to bring to tangible manifestation. Or to bring to physical appearance that which is in the immaterial realms. That authority is found in the realm of dominion; everything we need for life and godliness has been given to us. We lack nothing and all of these things are in the realms and in heavenly dimension, this is what the bible calls the heavenly places. Until the human spirit has been nurtured, activated to a point that he is an independent consciousness. In the spirit realm until the human spirit awakens in the spirit. The human spirit will be incapacitated to perceive the work of God in order to be transmitted to the human natural consciousness for manifestation. The human spirit ought to be activated in the realms where Christ is actively performing, acting, doing our dear eternal requests of the communion of our spirits. The answer to our prayers is not in the tangible realm. Jesus responds to all things that we ever ask of Him in the realms beyond here. This is because we have been called to worship in spirit; the bible says [[John 4:24 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/jhn.4.24) "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." Paul wrote and said [[Colossians 1:9 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/col.1.9) For this cause we also, since the day we heard it , do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; [[Colossians 1:10 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/col.1.10) that ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; [[Colossians 1:11 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/col.1.11) strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; The human spirit must come to a spiritual activation where it is independently, active, aware, moving, ascend as the bible says [[Acts 17:28 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/act.17.28) for in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. The activities of the human spirit ought to be captured to be as we live in the physical realms; we must be active in the heavenly realms; you have the keys of the kingdom and we been blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places; the bible says [[Hebrews 12:22 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/heb.12.22) but ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, [[Hebrews 12:23 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/heb.12.23) to the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, [[Hebrews 12:24 (KJV)]](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/heb.12.24) And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel. In the scripture Paul is like letting us know that there is another consciousness that ought to be unlocked. Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him: there is a capacity that God shows that something in Enoch that was inactive and was active that enabled a man to walk with God and he became god. Something came alive inside him. - **Genesis 5:24**:    - **Hebrews 11:5**:  In God there is one position that belong to man alone that every creature would have to look upon man to see, behold and interact and receive of that aspect of God's nature and character that man represents and reflects. God has willed a certain place of His essence a certain aspect of His nature to man; to communicate, to represent and to teach other creation; therefore this is the reason as to why God created man. Man was given a certain place of God in God; and therefore the above reality defines the purpose of God for man; whatever God had created it's a program with a purpose and it's a program with responsibilities. Meaning when God creates something he creates it for the purpose. Why did God create man? What is the purpose of man's creation? Man was created to reflect, to take on the likeness of God; man not given or made in the likeness of God for Himself. Man is the inheritor that took on the inheritance of God's likeness. Meaning God made man in his likeness in order for man to become an institution or a create that would - Reflect, - Showcase, - Communicate All of God's essence, benefits, attributes, and abilities that are within the likeness of God to other creation and different other entities, and other habitations. So man was made an ambassador of God's likeness. Man was made God's representative in essence in reality to other creation. This is man identity, our identity; this is God's original plan. [ The image of God in man] What is the purpose of God? 1^st^ man was created to worship God. Worship was what man lost that lead to the consequence of losing his purpose; worship is the lifeline of man. Worship is the essence of man. Man is nothing without worship, he can't exist without worship. So without worship of God there is no you. We are creature of worship; the origin of our creation is worship; when you remove worship you are dead. Worship is like the oxygen we breathe. Worship of God is the first essence of living. [Why were you created? Why are you in worship?] You must be in worship to fulfill your purpose as fellow; - To worship God - You were created to king - To subdue and to have dominion over these three creature of the sea, air, earth That is the purpose of man; and this purpose of man is fulfilled by and through worship. Minus worship we will be doing things from vain and nothing. Worshippers of God are called to bear the image of God, kings to subdue the fish of the sea, the fowl of the air and the beast of the field; because in worship you are given the privilege to behold the worshipped; When we speak of worship we are referring to fellowship, communion and intimacy; In worship you have access to see YAHWEH; for our fellowship is with the father, the son in the covering of the holy spirit; we have been adopted into the fellowship of the community of the Godhead and while we behold the trinity in the intimacy (worship) and participate in that communion we transform to become like God in nature It is in the intimacy (worship) that we regain our image to reflect the likeness of God. John 14:21 **\ ** **[Chapter]** **[The creation of man]** The creation of man is a very mystical thing; it is beyond what any human can interpret, explain or define. For us to under the creation of man we need to first understand who God is, the creator of the heaven and the earth. The uncreated creator, the unimaginable being; the most powerful God; God is a mystery that is beyond what we could possibly think; In the beginning, He formed man and God is a Spirit; meaning God's hand is not a natural hand. And whatever He formed came from Him. The conception of man was first before man was formed; so God was not forming something that he had not yet conceived within Himself. This means man first existed in God. In God's creating of man, He was just bringing out, giving a form, giving an appearance, giving tangibility to His conception. The bible says in Genesis [**[Genesis 2:7 (KJV)]**](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/gen.2.7) "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." This is a reflection of God, birthing something that He had conceived. He formed the man with His hand and He went further to transfer or breathed, into the nostrils of man a breath a spirit, wind, air; something from the innermost of God was transferred into the man He formed with His hand. **---THE CREATION OF MAN---** **[THE THREE FOLD NATURE OF MAN]** Man was created to rule over the earth (Gen. 1:26-28). For this reason he must come from, and be identified with the earth. Thus, the first step in his creation was his physical body. *Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground. (Gen. 2:7)* ![](media/image10.png)Adam was to represent God in ruling the earth. For this reason he had to be identified with God just as he was with the earth. Therefore, God made him in His image and likeness (Gen. 1:26-28). He accomplished this in His second step of Adam's creation. *Then the Lord God... breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being (soul). (Gen.2:7)* God is spirit, and He breathed the essence of His being into the clay body, which became a living soul. Adam lived because of the presence of God's spirit in him. Thus, we are a soul, we have a spirit and a body (1 Thess. 5:23). There are 3 parts to our being. *The following graphic model illustrates the creation of Adam, and clearly distinguishes between the three components of our being (Heb. 4:12).* [three phases of man's creation: ] God first created the human spirit in His own image (**Genesis 1:27**). In the second phase, God formed the human body using the elements of the material world (**Genesis 2:7**) and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life through which the human spirit was placed inside the human body The man of the dust was created from the soil ![](media/image12.jpeg) The human spirit was created by God. and the human soul was made after the spirit man was breathed in the body. **\ ** **[Chapter]** **[SPIRIT MAN]** Just like there are natural bodies, there are also spiritual bodies; Paul explain all those in his letters: 40There are also bodies in the heavens and bodies on the earth. The glory of the heavenly bodies is different from the glory of the earthly bodies. 41The sun has one kind of glory, while the moon and stars each have another kind. And even the stars differ from each other in their glory. For just as there are natural bodies, there are also spiritual bodies. 1 Corinthians 15:40-41 Genesis 1:26-28 (New International Version) **^26 "^**Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,^\[[a](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%201%3A26-28&version=NIV#fen-NIV-26a)\]^ and over all the creatures that move along the ground." **^27 ^**So God created mankind in his own image,\     in the image of God he created them;\     male and female he created them." According to the book of Genesis, God created man apparently by two ingredients: \(1) dust of the ground \(2) the breath of God ![](media/image14.png)Then the Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and **breathed into his nostrils the breath of life**, and the man became a living being. Genesis 2:7 (NIV) God did not create man using only created substance (thing like soil, clay or dust) but also of divine substance. The spirit man was created from the divine substance. According to Scripture the spirit of man is created, formed or made. "**For you formed my inward parts**; you knitted me together in my mother\'s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well." The spirit of man is in the inward parts of man. "But it is **the spirit inside man**, the breath of the Almighty, that makes him understand." "The oracle of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: Thus declares the Lord, who stretched out the heavens and founded the earth and **formed the spirit of man within him**:" The Hebrew word יצר used here is used elsewhere to show a formation, like a potter using clay to form a vessel. God therefore may very well have used the raw material of His own Breath but the spirit of man in its raw form is non-functional inside a biological machine until God forms the spirit. Though the spirit of man is made /formed from God's Breath they are distinct and separate. Man's spirit is not equivalent to the Spirit of God. "For who knows a person\'s thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God." "The spirit of man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all his innermost parts." Therefore given it is created it is not preexisting as is God Himself "**For by him all things were created**, in heaven and **on earth**, visible and **invisible**, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities---**all things** were created through him and for him." The spirit of man is a \'spiritual\' creature created like the physical man or flesh. The human spirit was created in the image of life of God. ![](media/image16.jpeg)The human spirit was created from the realm of God **[Chapter]** **[HUMAN SOUL]** The human soul was created from the soulish realms ["And man became a living soul"] Man lived as a human soul in the Eden but once the glory departed as a result of sin the body manifested and the moment the physical body manifested; that because a strange appearance to Adam, he called it "nakedness"; remember "the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground" now that the Eden human spirit the covering was taken away, God would have to clothe the human body with the glory called flesh and blood. God clothed the human body with flesh and blood which is earthen, earthly, dust; after sin, God cast man out of His realm in the dimension of His presence called Eden; flesh and blood can't exist or enter the presence of God; you can only travel there through dreams. When flesh and blood slumber and sleep, and the human soul and human spirit together will ascend and board through the frequencies of the spirit to enter a dimension that has a blue print of the earth; (why?) this earth is not sustained on earth, the earth is controlled in heaven. **^8 ^**But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. Job 32:8 kJv **"There is a spirit in man"** Not there is the spirit of man; there is a difference between the spirit of man and there is a spirit in man; in the Hebrew word there is called Ruak; Ruak mean breath; "There is a spirit in man" it means there is Ruak in man; meaning there is a breath in man. When man dies this is spirit what the bible talks that it goes back to God; the dust man (flesh) returns to the earth and his breath goes back to where it came from. Two things return to where they come from; i.e. the breath of life and the man of the dust; remember is three in one; and then you are on your own (human spirit). "There is a spirit in man" not the spirit of man; there is a breath in man which is the spirit in man; we all know how this breath came into man: **^"7 ^**And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Genesis 2:7 King James Version This breath that come from man, it is not the spirit of man; it is the breath of God (Ruak) the wind of God, the breath of God, the spirit of God; if the spirit of man was that of the breath of God; if man was that spirit of God that God breathed into man, man wouldn't have been subject to sin and corruption. Because everything that comes from God is completely pure and incorruptible. **^"3 ^**All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of God is in my nostrils;" Job 27:3 The breath is not me, Job 27:3 says "the breath is in me" we are not the breath; the breath is the reason why we still alive. (How?) The breaths hold us in the body; that why when somebody dies, he releases the last breath and that breath returns to God **^"4 ^**The spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life." Job 33:4 King James Version The spirit of man is not that breath of God but rather it is the breath of God in man; it is the spirit of God in man which constitutes the soul of man and the body of man; the breath of God holds the two soul and body together. When the Ruak, the spirit of breath of God came into man; God formed out of the dust of the ground, man became a living soul not a living spirit. The 1^st^ bodily form of man (human spirit) and visibility man was the glory of God; so man is clothed with the glory of God, and because man was clothed in the glory, he had the capacity to talk to God in the Garden of Eden in every cold of the evening; **[CHAPTER]** **[HUMAN BOBY]** ![](media/image18.png)Genesis 1:26-27 **^26 ^**Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,^\[[[a]](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%201&version=NIV#fen-NIV-26a)\]^ and over all the creatures that move along the ground." **^27 ^**So God created mankind in his own image,\     in the image of God he created them;\     male and female he created them. Genesis 2:7 (New International Version) ![](media/image20.jpeg)**^7 ^**Then the Lord God formed a man^\[[a](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%202%3A7&version=NIV#fen-NIV-38a)\]^ from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. [**[Genesis 2:7 (KJV)]**](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/gen.2.7) "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." "became a living soul" this soul is a living consciousness, living being, and it's a creature of another dimension; the soul is not a creature of physical dimension; this is because God's habitation creatures are creature that fall under habitations; this means in the spiritual realm of God, every creature or being have a place of stay called habitation; [Types or categories of habitations ] - The 1^st^ heaven (the earth or sky) - The 2^nd^ heaven - The 3^rd^ heaven (the highest of the heavens) Heavens has 3 realms: The 3^rd^ heaven (the highest of the heavens), The 2^nd^ heaven and The 1^st^ heaven (the earth or sky); man is a 3 dimensional creature i.e. human spirit (inner man), soul, and man of the dust (outer man); With his human spirit (inner man) he has access to the 3^rd^ heaven (the highest of the heavens; with the soul, he governs the 2^nd^ heavens and the human body (outer man) governs the entire physical world. Man as a living soul can move into dimensions even right where you are; even when the human spirit is locked up in the prison of the man of dust (the outer man) man as a living soul can escape into dimensions. Because of the consequence of sin, the human spirit was thrown in the earth and left out 3^rd^ heaven (the highest of the heavens) his habitation. The earth is not our habitation; the earth is supposed to be our kingdom; we must rule the earth but our throne is in the heaven; how do we get to know this; God rules heaven and earth in heaven. The bible say, "Heaven is my throne and the earth is my footstool" in other words heaven is a place of ruler ship. The garden of Eden was not in this physical dimension; rather the garden of Eden was a dimension in the spirit which only the living soul has access to that governing ability; in the garden of Eden before sin came into the world, man's spirituality and soul was bound in the spirit realms. When man slept in Eden he dreams to the earth; just like our 90% of consciousness is captured in the physical world; before sin, 100% of man's consciousness was captured more in the Eden of God; but when man sinned he lost his Eden body. Which Eden body was a level of God's glory, due to sin it disappeared and man became a floating spirit and soul with no covering. God opened a door, a portal clothed him with skin which flesh and blood; to cover his earthen body; before sin, the earth vessel was the innermost of the man, the inner man who was in the glory of God. The spirit of man was the mid man and the human soul was the body; Just like your soul is now in the mid after man sinning when man gets born again, his human spirit is the innermost, the soul is the middle and the physical body is his physical, tangible and manifestation; According to order of the creation of man: God made, formed the man out the dust of ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and then man (inner man) swallowed the all body; man, the inner man who was in the glory of God was the covering of the man out the dust of ground, and breathed nostrils breath of life; The inner man (human spirit) swallowed up the all entire human created, and when he swallowed him (human body and the human soul) the all human being was under the covering of the glory of God; because the inner man's body nature was Eden body, Which Eden body was a level of God's glory. Here is the summary: [**[Genesis 2:7 (KJV)]**](https://www.bible.com/bible/1/gen.2.7) "And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." When God formed man of the dust of the ground, Rauk of God, the breath of life of God swallowed the man of the dust; meaning the human body that God had formed went into human soul and then the glory Eden body, the human spirit covered the human soul; with a glorious body The human body for man's physical access into a physical dimension was man's innermost being in that dimension, in his invisible body; meaning tangibility was the invisibility in the invisible realm. That means in the realms of the spirit that are invisible in the visible realm has invisibility of tangibility. That which is invisible in an visible realm is tangibility, physical tangibility; so in the realms of God physicality swallowed up in invisibility; Genesis 2:25 **^"25 ^**And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed." Even though man was naked, because of the physical man, (the man of the dust) being covered with a glorious body, (the human spirit) man did not notice that he was naked. Whenever he looked on himself he never saw nakedness, but rather the Eden man, the human spirit in the physical realm. [Genesis 2:25](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%202&version=NET#en-NET-56) **tn** *Heb* "And the two of them were naked, the man and his wife." **sn** *Naked*. The motif of nakedness is introduced here and plays an important role in the next chapter. Genesis 2:17 "Except the tree of knowledge of good and evil. From that tree you shall not eat; when you eat from it you shall die." [Genesis 2:17](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%202&version=NET#en-NET-48) **tn** Or "in the very day, as soon as." If one understands the expression to have this more precise meaning, then the following narrative presents a problem, for the man does not die physically as soon as he eats from the tree. In this case one may argue that spiritual death is in view. If physical death is in view here, there are two options to explain the following narrative: \(1) The following phrase "You will surely die" concerns mortality which ultimately results in death (a natural paraphrase would be, "You will become mortal"), or \(2) God mercifully gave man a reprieve, allowing him to live longer than he deserved. [Genesis 2:17](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%202&version=NET#en-NET-48) **tn** *Heb* "dying you will die." The imperfect verb form here has the nuance of the specific future because it is introduced with the temporal clause, "when you eat...you will die." That certainty is underscored with the infinitive absolute, "you will *surely* die."**sn** The Hebrew text ("dying you will die") does not refer to two aspects of death ("dying spiritually, you will then die physically"). When God told Adam, "**^17 ^**but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you^\[[f](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%202&version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-48f)\]^ shall surely die." Genesis 2:17; this is the kind of death He met (separation). Death is essentially separation. To die physically means separation from the land of the living, but not extinction. To die spiritually means to be separated from God. Both occur with sin, although the physical alienation is more gradual than instant, and the spiritual is immediate, although the effects of it continue the separation. After man eating of the fruit, (sin) his spiritual life got separated from God and he lost the celestial glory and the spirit man who was the leading man, of the outer man, human soul died (separated from God) as are result of this death the spirit man due to loss of God's glory, never had the ability to stand as the leading man or as the outer man and instead had to become the inner man. When the spirit man had lost, the celestial glory, the man of the dust lust the ability hold the spirit man and instead, the man of the dust became the outer man and " 6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was \[a\]pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves \[b\]coverings." Their eyes were open to physical nakedness of the outer man (flesh) because they had dead a spiritual death; separation from God. The spirit man was no more as the outer man or as the last created man to cover the man of the dust, flesh. Genesis 2:8-11 ![](media/image22.png)**^8 ^**And they heard the ^\[[c](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%203&version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-64c)\]^sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the ^\[[d](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Genesis%203&version=NKJV#fen-NKJV-64d)\]^cool of the day, and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. **^9 ^**Then the Lord God called to Adam and said to him, "Where *are* you?" **^10 ^**So he said, "I heard Your voice in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; and I hid myself." **^11 ^**And He said, "Who told you that you *were* naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you that you should not eat? **[CHAPTER]** **[ASCENDING OF THE HUMAN SPIRIT]** **[discerning the spirit from the soul and entering into the holy of holies]** Hebrews 4:12, which says, "The word of God is living and operative and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit and of joints and marrow, and able to discern the thoughts and intentions of the heart." The Holy Spirit, as the speaking Spirit, the Spirit of grace, the Spirit for our enjoyment, and the unlimited, eternal Spirit, dwells in our spirit today. Therefore, we must learn to discern our spirit from our soul. If we do not know how to discern the spirit from the soul, we will have no way to enjoy the Spirit of grace or to enter into the eternal Spirit. We will also have no way to hear the word of God or to understand the Bible To understand the Bible requires us to enter into our spirit. Only when we are in our spirit will we be able to hear the speaking of the Holy Spirit. Our spirit is where He as the Spirit is, so we must divide our spirit from our soul. in the New Testament, Hebrews tells us to enter into the Holy of Holies (10:19), which is our spirit. Furthermore, 4:16 says to come forward to the throne of grace, which is signified by the cover of the Ark within the Holy of Holies, in the Old Testament time. We know that both with the tabernacle and with the temple, there were three sections: the outer court, the Holy Place, and the Holy of Holies. In the outer court were the altar and the laver. The altar signifies the cross, and the laver signifies the washing of the Holy Spirit. This is the experience of salvation. In the Holy Place were the table of the bread of the Presence, the golden lampstand, and the incense altar, signifying the bread of life, the light of life, and the fragrance of resurrection respectively. Finally, there was the Holy of Holies, in which was only one item---the Ark. We know that the Ark signifies Christ. The Ark is in the Holy of Holies; this means that Christ is in our spirit. We are the temple of God, and our spirit is the Holy of Holies. The Lord is not in our soul but in our spirit. Therefore, to enter into the Holy of Holies is to turn to our spirit. To come forward to the throne of grace is to come before the Christ who is in our spirit. God dispenses grace to man, meets with man, and fellowships with man at the throne of grace, that is, in Christ. the Holy of Holies is in heaven, but because of the eternal Spirit, the Holy of Holies in heaven has been brought into our spirit. Today we do not need to go to heaven to contact the Lord; we just need to turn to our spirit. Thus, subjectively speaking, today our spirit is the Holy of Holies. The Holy of Holies within us and the Holy of Holies in heaven are connected. If the eternal Spirit were not in us, then the Holy of Holies in the heavens would not be connected to us within. Since the eternal Spirit is in us, He connects the Holy of Holies in heaven to our spirit. As a result, our spirit has become the Lord's Holy of Holies. We can enter the Holy of Holies at anytime and anywhere. This is to turn to our spirit. To come forward to the throne of grace is to come forward to Christ, to contact God and touch God in Christ. Today the speaking Spirit, who is also the Spirit as our enjoyment and the unlimited, eternal Spirit, is in our spirit. Therefore, our spirit is the Holy of Holies, and the Lord is with us in our spirit. Hence, for us to draw near to the Lord, to contact the Lord, we must turn to our spirit. When you are saved by receiving the Lord as your Savior, you enjoy the redemption of the Lamb and also receive the washing of the Holy Spirit, yet all of this belongs to the outer court. Gradually, you go one step further and know how to enjoy the Lord as life, to have the light of life within, and to enjoy the fragrance of the Lord's resurrection. You may feel that this is very good. learn to enter into the Holy of Holies to touch the throne of grace. Today many brothers and sisters are still living in their soul. If they turn to their spirit, it is only a moment before they come out of their spirit. For this reason, Hebrews speaks about discerning the spirit and entering into the Holy of Holies. If you do not discern the spirit, you are in the soul and not in the Holy of Holies., the secret of Christian living is absolutely not a matter of dealing with anything outwardly but a matter of returning to the spirit to enter into the Holy of Holies, to come before the throne of grace, where there is mercy and grace flowing forth as living waters to transform us from within. A Christian is not one who has been changed on the outside but one who has been transformed on the inside. Today there is truly a great mystery within us. The Spirit, as the speaking Spirit, the Spirit of grace, and the unlimited, eternal Spirit, is right within our spirit, making our spirit God's Holy of Holies. The Christ who lives in us is the throne of grace as the base, the ground, for the dispensing of grace. In Him, God is pleased to dispense grace to us. Once you turn to the spirit, you meet Christ and God; grace and mercy flow as living waters within you. Then all of your problems are solved. Therefore, the key is in the Holy of Holies, and this Holy of Holies is our spirit. The key to this book is in Hebrews 4:12; that is, we need to discern the spirit from the soul. Now we understand why this matter is mentioned only in this Epistle and not in the other Epistles. This book shows us that the exodus from Egypt of the children of Israel in the Old Testament and their wandering in the wilderness is a type. The New Testament believers may be just like them, wandering outside of the Holy of Holies and never entering into the rest to enjoy Christ. Today the good land is Christ, who is in our spirit. If we do not turn to the spirit, we will be wandering in the wilderness of our soul and not entering into the rest. If we read hebrews4:9-12, we will know that there is a rest that remains for us. We must be diligent to enter into that rest. The word of God is living and is able to divide our spirit from our soul. It is thus that we are able to enter into the rest. For this reason, these verses say that the spirit must be divided from the soul and that we must not remain in the soul. If we remain in the soul, we are still wandering in the wilderness and are unable to enter into rest. In the Old Testament, only the high priest could enter into the Holy of Holies, but today every saved person can enter into the Holy of Holies. However, this depends on your decision. If you remain in the outer court, you are only a Levite. If you reach only the Holy Place, you are only a priest. If you turn to the spirit, to contact the Lord Himself directly, then you are a high priest. Whether you are a Levite, a priest, or a high priest depends on you. The Lord's desire is that you be a high priest. He desires that you enter into the Holy of Holies to come forward to the throne of grace, to receive mercy and find grace for timely help. Satan's strategy is to continuously tempt us to go outside. Once you are outside, you are defeated; you have fallen into Satan's deception. However, once you turn to the spirit, you can overcome, you are in the heavens, and you are in the Lord's Holy of Holies. Christ is with you, and once you touch His throne of grace, His mercy and grace will flow as the living waters to water you continually within. **[Chapter]** **[Man is a dwelling for God]** ![](media/image24.png) **[[2 John 1:2]](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2+John+1%3A2&version=ESV) **ESV / Because of the truth that abides in us and will be with us forever: **[[Romans 8:9]](https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans+8%3A9&version=ESV) **ESV / You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, then you too will abide in the Son and in the Father. Man is able to host the divine person of God, because man once lived and represent certain realm and dimension in the heart of God. From where man was gotten from (realm and dimension of God' heart) that's the very place which is human spirit, (the inner man) in man that's where God dwells and live. Isaiah 51:1 (New Living Translation) "Listen to me, all who hope for deliverance all who seek the Lord! Consider the rock from which you were cut, the quarry from which you were mined." Before the spirit of man was here on earth in the human body, it was in the heart of God; when God mined it from the quarry; He breathed him (human spirit) in the man of the dust from the ground in the creation story. Man is dwelling place because he holds the eternity of the rock from where he was cut. Therefore the life of man is not of this physical realm; his life is an alien and it's citizenship from another world in the heavenly places. **Chapter** **Hebrews 4:12** **THE DIVIDING OF SPIRIT AND SOUL (COMPARE WITH SECTION THREE, CHAPTER FIVE, \"THE DIVIDING OF THE SPIRIT AND THE SOUL\")** Mr. Lee in his article wrote and said that "The main point in Hebrews 4:12 is whether we are living according to the guidance of the intuition in the spirit or under the influence of our (soulish) natural likes and dislikes. God's word will judge us on such matters, showing us what belongs to the spirit and what belongs to the soul. Only God's sharp sword can clearly discern the source of our living. Just as man's knife can divide bone and marrow, God's sword can divide the most closely knit spirit and soul. This dividing is only knowledge in the beginning and must become experience later. Actually, believers can only know by experience how the spirit and soul are divided. The believer must experience allowing the Lord to divide his soul and spirit. Not only should he desire, pursue, consecrate himself, pray, and allow the Holy Spirit and the cross to work in him, he must also gain and possess this kind of experience. The spirit of a believer must be freed in reality from the embrace of the soul. The soul and the spirit must be clearly divided, like the Lord Jesus whose spirit and soul are not mixed at all. The spirit of intuition should be entirely free to be the sole dwelling place and office of the Holy Spirit and not allow the soul (that is, the mind and emotion) to have the slightest influence. The spirit must be freed from every entanglement of the soul. The work of the cross on the soul-life must be very real, and the restriction imposed by the cross on the soul-life very definite. The soul-life must suffer loss in experience. The faculty of the soul must maintain a position under the rule of the spirit. A believer must have experiences of the soul and the spirit being divided to the point where the spirit is no longer surrounded by the soul. Only then can he become a spiritual believer. A spiritual believer differs from other people in that his entire being is ruled by his spirit. The rule of the spirit is not only the rule of Holy Spirit over the soul and body. A believer's own spirit rises up to be the head of his entire being by the Holy Spirit's working through the cross; instead of being ruled by the soul and the body, the spirit has the strength to fully control the soul and body. The dividing of the soul and spirit is an indispensable work on the negative side in order for a believer to enter into spiritual life. This is a spiritual preparation. Without this, the believer will always be influenced by the soul, and the spirit and the soul will often be mixed in his living. Sometimes he has a spiritual living, but sometimes he is governed by the mind and emotion, or he may even live by the natural life. The expression of life is not pure. A mixture of the spirit and soul is the life principle of a believer who does not have a pure spiritual life. This keeps the believer in the position of being soulish. His own life will suffer loss, and God's Holy Spirit will be unable to use him to do important work. If there is an actual dividing of the believer's spirit and soul, and he walks according to the spirit, not according to the soul, then whenever his soul reacts, he will sense it immediately, as if he is being defiled, and struggle to break the soul's power and influence. The natural life is truly defiled and can defile the spirit. After the dividing of the spirit and soul, the intuition of the spirit will be very sensitive. Whenever the soul acts, it immediately suffers pain and resists. Even when others act in their soul, it immediately feels unpleasant. Even when it is the object of the soulish love or emotion of others, it will be annoyed as if it cannot bear with them. Only when the dividing of the believer's spirit and soul becomes very real will he have clean feelings and intentions that are genuine. Only then will he have an actual understanding of the meaning of being \"clean.\" Only then will he know that not only are sinful things defiling, but everything natural is defiling and should be rejected as well. He knows and feels in the intuition of the spirit that all contact with that which is of the soul---regardless of whether it is his own or others---is defiling and should be cleansed immediately. **THE SOUL NEEDING TO BE BROKEN THAT THE SPIRIT MAY BE DIVIDED FROM IT AS THE JOINTS NEED TO BE BROKENTHAT THE MARROW MAY BE DIVIDED FROM THEM** If the joints are not broken but are whole, the marrow can never be divided from the joints. In order to divide the marrow from the joints, we have to break the joints. This shows that without our soul being broken, our spirit can never be separated from our soul. In order for the contents to be divided from its cover, its wrapping, the cover must be broken. This is basic. Our soul must be broken. If we let our soul remain whole, there is no possibility for our spirit to be divided from it. To discern the spirit means not only to realize the difference between the spirit and the soul but also to divide the spirit from the soul. Thus, there is the need of the breaking of the soul. **THE COMPOSITION OF THE SOUL---THE MIND, EMOTION, AND WILL---NEEDING TO BE DENIED** The soul is composed of the mind, emotion, and will. All these components of the soul need to be denied. We should not give any ground to our mind, our emotion, or our will. They all have to be denied in our spiritual life. **THE DENIAL OF THE MIND, EMOTION, AND WILL BEING THE DENIAL OF THE SELF** To deny our mind, emotion, and will is to deny ourselves. In Matthew 16:24 the Lord Jesus told us that to follow Him we need to deny ourselves. Matthew 16:26 compared with Luke 9:25 shows that our soul, our soulish life, is our self. The soul is the self. Thus, to deny the contents of the soul---the mind, emotion, and will---is to deny the self. Here we have to see that the denial is the breaking. To deny the mind, emotion, and will of our soul is to let the soul be broken. The real breaking of the soul is the denial of the self. **THE LIVING AND OPERATIVE WORD OF GOD EXPOSING AND DISCERNING THE THOUGHTS OF THE MIND, THE INTENTS OF THE WILL, AND THE DESIRES OF THE EMOTION** By the context of Hebrews 4:12, we can see that the living and operative word of God exposes and discerns the thoughts of our mind, the intents of our will, and the desires of our emotion. Because the word of God exposes our inner situation, it discerns our entire inner situation. This is because the word of God is living and operative. To be living refers to the nature of God's word, and to be operative refers to the function of the word. The word itself is living, and it operates, functions. This why Paul mentioned the word of God for the dividing of our spirit from our soul. This is because every time God speaks to us, His word always exposes and discerns our inner situation. Hebrews 4:12 is mentioned based upon the fact that God spoke to the children of Israel, charging them to go on directly into the good land. What God spoke to them exposed their inner situation and made their inner situation clear to them. The children of Israel were absolutely in their soul. They were considering how tall and strong the Canaanites were and how weak they were. The Canaanites were giants and big in number, and the children of Israel were small in number. They were considering all these things and were afraid of the Canaanites. This consideration, this thinking, was in their soul. Then the word of God exposed and discerned this to show them that they were in their soul. They did not exercise their spirit like Joshua and Caleb did. Joshua and Caleb did not remain in their soul. The Bible says that they had a different spirit (Num. 14:24, 30). They were exercising their spirit, so they had the faith. Paul compared the staggering Hebrew believers to the children of Israel in ancient times. To Paul's registration the Hebrew believers were staggering. They were not clear what to do, whether to remain in Judaism or to go on. They were in their soul not in their spirit. So Paul spoke the word of God to them to expose their inner situation and to help them to discern that they were in the soul not in the spirit. By this we can see that every time we read the word in the Bible in a living way, the word always either requires or demands something of us. This demanding word, or requiring word, always exposes and discerns our inner situation so that we know whether we are in the soul or in the spirit. To discern our spirit, we need to receive the living word. The more we pray-read the Word, the more it becomes living to us. This living word shows us where we are, in the spirit or in the soul. It is by this that our soul is exposed and our spirit is discerned from our soul. The word of God always shows us our inner position and inner situation. If we are to discern the spirit from the soul, we cannot stay away from the living and operative word of God. **DWELLING IN THE HOLIEST PLACE AND LIVING WITHIN THE VEIL** The outer court here typifies the world. Here it says that we should forsake the world instead of remaining in it. We need to be sanctified on the altar so that we can pass from the outer court through the first veil into the Holy Place, where there is the showbread table as our divine and all-inclusive supply. The inner veil typifies our self, the fallen man, and the flesh of sin put on by the Lord Jesus (Rom. 8:3). When the Lord Jesus was crucified and died, the veil of the temple was split in two from top to bottom (Matt. 27:51). This indicates that when the Lord Jesus died on the cross, our fallen man, our natural man, was also crucified there. This abolished our self, which is what separates us from God, in order that we may have an open way into the Holy of Holies to contact and enjoy God. Thus, not only God dwells in the Holy of Holies, but we also dwell in the Holy of Holies. This is a description of "dwelling in the Holiest Place and living within the veil." According to our Christian experience, the Holy of Holies today refers to our spirit. First Corinthians 3:16 says, "Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?" Today we are God's temple. The temple of God has three parts: the outer court, the Holy Place, and the Holy of Holies. First Thessalonians 5:23 says that as the temple of God we also have three parts: body, soul, and spirit. The body, which is the outward appearance, typifies the outer court; the soul, which is within the body, typifies the Holy Place; and the spirit, which is enveloped by the soul, typifies the Holy of Holies. Only the saved ones can be the temple of God, because the temple of God is the dwelling place of God, the place in which God dwells. The unsaved ones do not have God dwelling in them; hence, they are not the temple of God. We all have God's indwelling. Today He is the Spirit dwelling in our spirit. In the Old Testament God dwelt in the Holy of Holies of the temple. In the New Testament God also dwells in the Holy of Holies---our spirit. Therefore, Romans 8:16 says, "The Spirit Himself witnesses with our spirit." This proves that God dwells in our spirit. Today this God who is above all dwells in our spirit! This is tremendous. If the President wanted to come and stay in our home, we would all be surprised to receive such a great honor and would treat him as a distinguished guest. How much greater God is than the President, yet He comes to dwell in our spirit! How wonderful this is! When God dwells in us, our spirit becomes the Holy of Holies. Because the presence of God is in the Holy of Holies, the throne of grace is there. The throne of grace indicates the presence of God, which is God Himself. God comes into our spirit to give grace to us. **chapter** **[Entering into the Holy of Holies by turning to the spirit]** **The Holy of Holies and the expiation cover in the Old Testament** Hebrews says that we should enter into the Holy of Holies (10:19) and that we should come forward to the throne of grace (4:16). In order to understand what this means, we must know the types in the Old Testament. The first section of both the tabernacle and the temple was the outer court. After passing through the outer court, a person entered the second section, the Holy Place. The innermost section of both the tabernacle and the temple was called the Holy of Holies. Inside the Holy of Holies was the Ark, and the lid of the Ark was called the expiation cover ([Exo. 25:17](https://bibleread.online/bible/exodus/25/#17), (https://bibleread.online/bible/exodus/25/#21)). The law was inside the Ark (v. 16). Every year on the Day of Expiation the blood of the sin offering was brought into the Holy of Holies and sprinkled upon the expiation cover of the Ark ([Lev. 16](https://bibleread.online/bible/leviticus/16/#1)). The expiation cover on the Ark in the Holy of Holies equals the throne of grace. This is where God gives grace to man, meets with man, abides with man, and speaks with man ([Exo. 25:22](https://bibleread.online/bible/exodus/25/#22)). This is the type in the Old Testament. **The Holy of Holies and the throne of grace in the New Testament**   The types in the Old Testament are depictions of New Testament realities. Some Bible scholars say that the Holy of Holies refers to heaven, where the Lord is today. Although this is not wrong, the New Testament shows that the Holy of Holies is in us. First Corinthians says that the believers are the temple of God (3:16; 6:19). God's temple has three sections: the outer court, the Holy Place, and the Holy of Holies. Our body can be likened to the outer court, our soul can be likened to the Holy Place, and our spirit, the deepest part of our being, can be likened to the Holy of Holies.   The Ark, which typifies Christ, is in the Holy of Holies. This signifies that the Lord Jesus Christ is in our spirit. The Holy of Holies refers to our spirit, and the throne of grace is Christ, the place where we meet with God. When someone in the Old Testament wanted to fellowship with God, he went to the temple. The temple had three sections: the outer court, the Holy Place, and the Holy of Holies. The Ark, which was inside the Holy of Holies, was the place where God appeared to man. God did not dwell in the outer court or in the Holy Place. God dwelt in the Holy of Holies. [The Lord is with us; He dwells in us. In which part of our being does the Lord dwell? ] Does He dwell in our body, our soul, or our spirit? Second Timothy 4:22 says, "The Lord be with your spirit." The Lord is in our spirit. Hence, if we want to draw near to Him, we must be in our spirit. Our spirit is the Holy of Holies, where God dwells. **Entering the Holy of Holies and coming to the throne of grace by turning to the spirit**  Suppose I live with a brother, and there is friction between us. Perhaps I think that he is always impolite and that he should not be so rude to me. When I remember the things that he has done to me, I am turning to my mind. Eventually, my emotion is stirred up so that I become unhappy. The more I remember the things he has done to me, the unhappier I become. When I become angry, my will is in turmoil. However, since I am a believer, I can pray in the morning in order to draw near to the Lord. When I touch the Lord, I turn to my spirit. The more I contact the Lord in my spirit, the more I am saved from my mind and also from my emotions. By touching the Lord and being enlightened by Him, I am saved from rebuking my brother. This illustration shows that our spirit is the Holy of Holies. Whenever we turn to our spirit, we are in the Holy of Holies. In the Old Testament not everyone could enter into the Holy of Holies. Not only were the Levites not allowed to enter the Holy of Holies, but even the priests were not allowed to enter the Holy of Holies. Only the high priest could enter into the Holy of Holies ([Heb. 9:7](https://bibleread.online/bible/the-epistle-to-the-hebrews/9/#7)). Therefore, when we turn to our spirit, we are one with the High Priest. There are many Levites who are doing outward activities, but we should turn to our spirit. When we want to argue with someone, we should tell the devil, "I will not fall into your trap. I will not follow you in outward activities. I will enter into the Holy of Holies."  The Lord is not merely our Savior, nor is He merely the Lord of all sitting on the throne. Today He is the life-giving Spirit in our spirit. In order for us to be Christians, it is not enough for us merely to worship Him outwardly. In order to experience the Lord, we must turn to our spirit. The Lord is the Spirit, and He is in our spirit. "He who is joined to the Lord is one spirit" ([1 Cor. 6:17](https://bibleread.online/bible/the-first-epistle-of-paul-to-the-corinthians/6/#17)). The Lord is the Spirit, and we also have a spirit. Moreover, the Spirit is in our spirit. Therefore, we can experience the Lord. These two spirits --- our spirit and the Spirit --- have become one spirit. This mingled spirit is the place where we can experience, contact, and enjoy the Lord. The cleansing of the Lord's blood that He shed for our redemption gives us the ground to be one with the High Priest. Even a new believer can enter into the Holy of Holies, into his spirit. Every time we turn to our spirit, we enter into the Holy of Holies where we can touch the Lord. The Lord is the Ark, and the cover of the Ark is the throne of grace. This is where God gives grace and where we can receive grace. Hence, we should come forward continually to the throne of grace in order to receive mercy and find grace for timely help ([Heb. 4:16](https://bibleread.online/bible/the-epistle-to-the-hebrews/4/#16)). [THREE STAGES OF EATING] IN THE TABERNACLE In the tabernacle there are three stages of eating: eating the sacrifices around the altar, eating the showbread in the Holy Place, and eating the hidden manna in the golden pot in the Holy of Holies. Enjoying Christ at the altar ushers us into the Holy Place, where we enjoy Him in a finer way. The showbread on the table is much finer than the sacrifices on the altar. This is not merely a doctrine; it can be proved by our experience. As we enjoy Christ as our showbread, we experience something still different and say, "I am in the Holy of Holies eating something which I have never experienced before." This is the hidden manna. THE HEAVE OFFERING In the Old Testament there were two special offerings---the wave offering signifying the resurrected Christ and the heave offering signifying the uplifted, ascended Christ (Exo. 29:26-28). The tenth of the tenth which was offered to God for Aaron was a heave offering (Num. 18:28). As we experience Christ in the outer court and in the Holy Place, we enjoy not only the wave Christ but also the heave Christ, not only the resurrected Christ, but also the uplifted, exalted Christ. This means that eventually we shall be in the Holy of Holies enjoying the special portion of Christ hidden in God. HIDDEN IN THE DIVINE NATURE We have seen that Revelation 2:17 says that the Lord will give the overcomers to eat of the hidden manna. Colossians 3:3 says that our life is hid with Christ in God. Christ is hidden in God. The hidden manna mentioned in Revelation 2:17 was hidden in a golden pot (Heb. 9:4). In the Bible, gold signifies the divine nature. Hence, the hidden manna in the golden pot signifies the topmost portion of Christ hidden within the divine nature. The divine nature is in the ark, and, as we have seen, the ark is just Christ. This ark today is in our spirit, which is joined to the Holy of Holies. In our spirit we have the Holy of Holies, in the Holy of Holies we have Christ, the ark, and within Christ we have the golden pot, the divine nature. Here, within the divine nature, is the hidden manna. What is the hidden manna? It is Christ as our special portion of food hidden in the divine nature. When we are in the place where we touch the golden pot, we are absolutely outside the world, our self, and our natural man. We are touching the divine nature, and in the divine nature we partake of the hidden manna. I ask you to check with your experience. After joining a service group, you were ushered into more of the church life and you began to experience something finer. Eventually, you were close to God and became intimate with Him. On some occasions, you were so close to God that you were beyond the world, yourself, and even your natural being. You were another person with God in His nature. As you touched the divine nature, you touched the golden pot and enjoyed the manna hidden within it, enjoying Christ as your hidden portion in the divine nature. As we shall see, the budding rod comes after the hidden manna, and the law of life follows the budding rod. These three crucial items, the contents of the ark, are arranged in such a sequence. Firstly, we must enjoy the hidden manna. Then out of our enjoyment of the hidden manna our rod will bud, and after that we shall have the law of life. Because so few Christians experience the hidden manna, their rod does not bud, and we very rarely find one who lives by the law of life. They do not understand the record in the Bible concerning the hidden manna, the budding rod, and the law of life because they lack experience. However, in the Lord's recovery, all these riches are being recovered among us. When we partake of the hidden manna, we are not experiencing a Christ on the altar, nor are we partaking of a Christ on the showbread table. We are enjoying a Christ who is in the golden pot within the ark. Here we are beyond the world and every situation. We are beyond ourselves and our natural being, touching the divine nature and partaking of it. Second Peter 1:4 says, "Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature." Unless we touch the golden pot, it will be difficult for us to partake of the divine nature. The divine nature is here with the golden pot in the ark. In the golden pot, that is, in the divine nature, there is the hidden manna as the special portion for our enjoyment. It is here that we enjoy the hidden Christ, the Christ who is hid in God with us and the Christ with whom we are hid in God. The Christ hidden in God is the manna hidden in the golden pot. Here Christ is the hidden manna, and here we also are hidden with Him in the divine nature. If we are in the wilderness far off from the tabernacle, we can, by God's mercy, still enjoy the open manna as a normal experience in the wilderness. But this is too shallow, too outward, and too far off. God wants us to enter into the Holy of Holies and to be so intimate and close to Him, touching the golden pot. The hidden Christ as the heavenly hidden manna is here in God's divine nature. We cannot find Him in any other place. Today God's divine nature is in our spirit. Although we have the golden pot, the problem is that often we are far off from our spirit. You need not be quarreling or fighting with others in order to be out of the spirit. Even when you joke with the brothers you are outside the spirit. Also being religious is much different from being in the spirit. By being religious we are carried out to the wilderness. The golden pot is in the ark, and the ark is in the Holy of Holies, and the Holy of Holies is joined to our spirit. And His hidden manna prove. Within the Holy of Holies is the very Christ who is the ark of God containing the golden pot. This Christ comprises the divine nature and contains the hidden manna, for the hidden Christ is within the divine nature. In order to touch this special portion, this topmost portion, of Christ, we must touch the divine nature. In principle, everyone who enjoys this portion is in the Holy of Holies. Everyone who enters into the Holy of Holies is with the High Priest. Christ, our High Priest, is in the Holy of Holies, and we also must be there. We must not only be the priests in the outer court or in the Holy Place; we must also be the priests where the golden pot is---in the Holy of Holies. If we would be in this place, we must be beyond the world and every kind of situation. We must be beyond being bothered by people. Sometimes we are offended by a small, unpleasant word. Some are troubled to such an extent that they cannot sleep well for months. If we are troubled in this way, we are far off from our spirit, and thus it will be difficult for us to be in the Holy of Holies. When we are beyond all situations, good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant, then we are in our spirit touching the ark and the golden pot. I say again that in this golden pot is the hidden manna, the hidden Christ, as our special portion. If we would partake of the hidden manna, we must constantly be in our spirit touching the divine nature. May we all go on and enter into this experience. The Secure Way into the Holy of Holies (by Julio Benitez )Scripture: Hebrews 10:19-22 Hebrews 10:19-22, "Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water." In verse 20 and 22 the author of Hebrews continues to show the believers the immense blessings that we can now enjoy in Christ. In verse 20 he encourages the readers to trust in the fact that now they can enjoy free access to the Holy of Holies, the celestial throne where God reigns. The main objective of entering the Holy of Holies, through the blood of Jesus Christ, is to worship him. In this verse the writer shows the way through which we can come to the Father. The new way is not only new but it is a living way. This way is not a temple, not an earthly sanctuary, but it is a person: Jesus Christ, who through his death on the cross provided the opening of his own body as a secure way to enter into the presence of the Father. Again this way is the sacrifice of his body. In verse 21 the author of Hebrews gives an additional reason as to why we can have communion with the Father in his sanctuary. This reason is that Jesus is not only the way but he himself is the priest of the celestial temple. He is interceding for us with the objective of assuring us of the certainty of a free and secure arrival to the throne of grace even though we are weak and feeble. Verse 22 includes a calling to come closer to God trusting in his sacrifice and his priestly intercession. Let us analyze the contents of these three verses and let us put our faith in the solid foundations that the Scriptures provide so that we don't lose confidence. Verse 20, "by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh" In verse 19 the writer said to the readers that now we have the freedom to come into the Holy of Holies and that this only can be done through the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. In verse 20 he explains the sense in which the blood of Christ gives us that blessing. He says that we have the freedom to enter into the Holy of Holies but, what is the way to arrive at such a place? The priest in the Old Testament had to go through the Holy Place and then go through the thick veil that separated the Holy Place from the Holy of Holies. What is the veil that we must cross as believers to go into the Holy of Holies? There is no veil anymore because it has been ripped from top to bottom when the Son of God cried out, "It is finished." This announced that the material veil was destroyed forever and was replaced by the body of Jesus who was ripped on the cross to give access to anyone who trusts in Christ alone. Only through his body can we enter into the Holy of Holies. Jesus also said that no one could enjoy eternal life, that is to live in the presence of God forever, without eating his flesh and drinking his blood. JOHN 6:51 -- 56, "I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh. The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying, "How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" So Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you.Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him." The only way that men can arrive at the throne of grace, the celestial sanctuary, the presence of God, to the perfect communion with the Creator is only through faith in the sufficient sacrifice of the Lord Jesus. If we look for any other way we will never be able to arrive. The celestial sanctuary is way too far from man. It is above the heavens. The distance between the Holy God and men is enormous. The abyss is beyond comprehension. However, the ladder that Jacob saw, going from heaven to earth, is also our ladder. That infinite ladder is the body of Jesus sacrificed which connects man to God. Today the believers can have access to God by climbing this ladder through faith to arrive at the presence of God in the celestial abode. Jesus himself declared that there is no other way to come to the Father. It is only through him, through his broken body. That is, accepting by faith that only his death on the cross and by the shedding of his blood he cleaned us to present us to the Holy Majesty of God. "I am the way, the truth and the life; no one can come to the Father but through me" John 14:6 Many religious people think that they can pray to God and that God will listen to them because God is good. Others think that when they die God will allow them into his kingdom, simply because they were religious, kind and even by practicing philanthropy. To think that we can obtain divine favor for our merits is a grave error that takes anyone to eternal damnation. There is nothing we can do nor can we ever be sufficiently good in our own to deserve heaven. Anyone who thinks this way, clearly shows that he does not know God. God is the creator, absolutely perfect and without blemish, who does not tolerate any sin in his presence. His perfect holiness demands absolute perfection without such, no one can have communion with Him. Such perfection is only the perfection of Christ in us through faith alone, in Christ alone, which is given to us by God as a gift by grace alone.
