We can apply for IC only if we have VA **[\ ]** B. **[E-channel]** - What's an E-channel? It's like a gate or a portal that allows the client to apply for any immigration-related services - DD for E-channel 1. Channel Allocation 2. Registered POC 3. Valid BL with VA 4. Valid IC - Required Documents 1. Valid Passport (at least valid for 7 months/ clear scanned copy) 2. Photo as per guidelines 3. Approved Pre-approval (if required) C. **[Entry Visa]** - What's an Entry Visa? It's a primary permit that allows the client to enter UAE and get a residence visa - DD for E-visa 1. Channel Allocation 2. Registered POC 3. Valid BL and VA 4. Valid IC 5. Valid E-channel - Requirements for E-visa 1. Valid passport copy (clear scanned copy, valid for at least 7 months) 2. Photo as per the guidelines 3. Required docs in the application: (National ID, Passport special comment page, police clearance, and attested translated certificate) - Special Notes 1. Visa details are valid for **30** days and E-visa is valid for **60** days 2. Clients may not be able to leave UAE until visa stamping is completed 3. Clients will need to settle any fines with UAE government before visa stamping 4. Diplomatic passports are not allowed 5. Minimum basic salary is 2000 AED - E-visa Scenarios 1. Investor/partner visa 2. Employee visa (can re-apply after 6 months) 3. If the e-visa is issued and the client wasn't able to enter UAE within 60 days, then re-issuance can be applied, yet it needs confirmation 4. **E-visa rectification**: correcting E-visa details 5. **Immigration Application Rejection**: For the applications that are returned by immigration, 25 days grace period will be granted in order to provide any required documents for resubmission - **[Overstay Fines Calculation:]** 1. E-Visa E-visa has no grace period 50 AED will be counted per day **Calculation:** (50\* no. of days) + adm fees (262.5 AED) + Typing fees\*2 (155\*2) **Note**: we have to count days off and working days to proceed with the E-visa 2.
