Upstairs, there is a secret annex in the attic. _____________ Anne Frank’s family lived here to hide from the Nazis. The Nazis were cruel soldiers and they killed six million people. The people were mainly Jews. People died in France, Germany, Italy, Holland, Belgium and Poland. It was a terrible tragedy. Anne’s diary was published in 1947.
