I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by the Matchmaking Company. This company promises to deliver introductions to myself who match my stated preferences, but my experience has been far from that promise. From the outset, they never mentioned once that I would not be able to see the women I choose until the day I meet them, so a blind date. That was very deceptive in my opinion. I made it clear the type of women I am attracted to and what I am looking for physically. However, the women I have been introduced to so far do not align with my criteria and are not individuals I would ever consider pursuing a relationship with or even ask for their number. Despite repeatedly communicating this, this company continued to set me up with women who do not meet my preferences. Additionally, their contract states that introductions will occur every 2-6 weeks. This has not been upheld. The last introduction was over three months ago, and once again, the individual was completely misaligned with my stated preferences. The company's initial price quote of over \$9,000 for the package was shocking and felt like a high-pressure tactic. After I expressed my inability to pay such an amount, an office representative, Ellen or Eileen, lowered the price to \$2,500, which felt like an arbitrary discount. I agreed to a \$250 down payment and have paid a total of \$550 so far but given the unmet promises and dissatisfaction with the service, I am requesting a full refund. Had this been a physical product, I would have returned it for a refund without hesitation. Since I cannot return this "product," I am seeking to cancel my agreement and part ways with this company. I believe their practices are misleading, and service has failed to deliver the value promised in their contract. I have tried repeatedly to ask to speak to a manager to also complain on the service I get from the so called \"recruiters\". They would only tell me there is no manager. The worst recruiter was Irene (who I no longer deal with suspiciously) She had the worst attitude and would argue with me about my preferences. This company is absolutely horrible! Thank you for addressing this matter. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Eric Lello
