Here is the transcription of the provided image: ## Chapter 2 ### Tabular Data Presentation #### (1-2) Frequency Distribution Tables Data that has been collected is typically organized or classified in a way that is called a "frequency distribution table." The process of doing this is the first step in data analysis. This step involves grouping the data and displaying it, for example, in a table. #### Frequency Table Definition A frequency distribution table is defined as a table that has two columns. The first column contains the data values, and the second column contains records of the number of times the data repeats. #### How to prepare a frequency table The first step in preparing a frequency table is to build the raw data, as it is the process of grouping the data. This step also involves arranging a table of columns as follows: * The first column should be the data type which is numeric value. * The second column should have ascending or descending order. * The third column should have special symbols such as ($/$) for the values. And should include all of the repeated values. * To simplify the value, it is necessary to take the measurements of the values, it is not always necessary to take the measurements of more than one measurement. * If there is a symbol ($/$) for the values. * In the fourth row. the value should be four times the value. * In the fifth row, the value should be five times the value. * Therefore, it should contain 12 values.
