# Kumpulan Darah Manusia ## Antigen dalam Sel Darah Merah Human blood can be classified into four blood groups, namely A, B, AB, and O, based on the antigen present in the red blood cells. The antigens found in the red blood cells are antigen A or antigen B. The classification of blood groups A, B, AB, and O are as shown in Figure 3.13. ## Figure 3.13 Blood Group Classification The figure displays diagrams of red blood cells for each blood group, highlighting the presence/absence of antigens A and B. * **Blood Group A:** Red blood cells with antigen A only * **Blood Group B:** Red blood cells with antigen B only * **Blood Group AB:** Red blood cells with both antigen A and antigen B * **Blood Group O:** Red blood cells with neither antigen A nor antigen B. ## Antibodi dalam Plasma Darah Blood plasma contains antibodies. The antibodies present in blood plasma are Anti-A and Anti-B.
