## TCUCO ABD Act. Ley de Boses **Justo General = Comora** - The members of the _Justo General_ are deputies. - Session = Constitutive Session = Elected Session - Cessant = In Function **Act. 25** 1. The _Justo General_ is elected every 4 years through a system of proportional representation (voters + deputies) via a direct and secret vote. 2. The members of the _Justo_ are 35-45. - A majority absolute is needed to approve decisions about the _Justo_. 3. The _Presidente_ of the _Principodo_ (The Government) has the exclusive authority to dissolve the _Justo_, but only before the end of the legislative period. 4. The _Presidente_ can only dissolve the _Justo_ under the following circumstances: - During the period of sessions of the legislature (September-December) (February-June) - When it is necessary to end the legislative period before the end of the term - When an impeachment process is in progress - Before 1 year has passed since the last anticipatory election - When there is a scheduled state election - The new term will begin at the same time as the previous term ended. - The _Presidente_ of the _Principodo_ can also call a new session of the _Justo_ on the 4th Sunday in May of every 4 years (without prejudice to the General Courts) 5. The _Presidente_ of the _Principodo_ convokes the first session of the _Justo General_ (and appoints the president of the _Justo General_). **Act 26** - The members of the _Justo General_ are inviolable (not in the sense that no one can harm them) - They enjoy immunity from accusations about their opinions and votes, as opinions and votes are protected. - The _Justo General_ members cannot be arrested, detained, or charged with serious crimes committed outside of a court session, except in the case of a red-handed crime. - The _Justo General_ members are only subject to the justice of the _CCAA_ (Asturias) - Outside of Asturias, the _Justo General_ members have no responsibility for offenses (except for offenses related to the _Justo General_) **Act 27** - The sessions of the _Justo_ are split into two periods: Sept. - Dec., and Feb. - Jun. The _Justo_ can convene extraordinary sessions, except in the case of a general vote, when the president of the _Justo_ can convene the session. 1. The _Consejo_ decides the date of the session. 2. The _Dipitación_ _Plewonede_ is a committee of the _Justo_ composed of _one-fourth_ the total number of members of the _Justo_. 3. The _Dipitación_ _Plewonede_ is a commission comprised of a number of deputies (who are exempt from the vacation schedule). This commission is a mini-_Justo_ acting as a _Juro_ _General_ with the right to vote on _personnel_ matters and non-substantial legislation. 4. An absolute majority of the total number of the deputies is an absolute majority vote. 5. A simple majority of the total number of deputies is a simple majority vote. 6. The _Justo_ can approve laws, including the _Presidente_'s powers, by a simple majority vote. 7. The _Justo_ can approve laws other than the _Presidente_'s powers by an absolute majority vote.
