UTCs consists of a mission capability (MISCAP) Statement and a combination of two additional UTC elements: manpower force element (MFE) and/or logistics detail (LOGDET). UTCs are rightsized, modular and scalable, and are not theater or unit specific unless approved by AF/A3OD. War planners use UTCs to document DAF capabilities, which include associated manpower and logistics requirements to support the national military strategy during operational planning and execution activities. Manage CMRP and MEDIC-X Requirements Completion CAT I Clinical currency-Education & Training: May not pertain to everyone. – Ex: Licensing, 200 cases annually, etc. CAT II Readiness Skill: Readiness – Ex: Internal training/CSTARS, SMART when in house options are unavailable CAT III Deployment Training: ONLY when a member of your AFSC is tasked to deploy – Ex: EMEDS, GST, UTC-related CBTs in JKO MEDIC X: AFMS Life Sustaining Skills for ALL MEDICAL AFSCs – Ex: Vital signs, wound management, patient movement, respiratory, documentation, IVs, etc. 2. Brief the MRC when CMRP % is below 85% MRC is held every quarter 3. Gap analysis annually If you do have a Gap, a review is conducted every 90 days. 4.
