Negative Exponent:** An exponent that is a negative number. **6. nth Root:** If $a^n = b$ for a positive integer $n$, then $a$ is the $n$th root of $b$. **7. Perfect Cube:** A rational number with a cube root that is a rational number. **8. Perfect Square Root:** A rational number with a square root that is a rational number. **9.
