Should you come across a vehicle with a Yellow Dot check the glove box for an information card. DEFINITIONS Yellow Dot – A blank yellow 3 inch round sticker that will be found on the drivers’ side, lower left hand corner of the rear window of a motor vehicle. This dot could also be found to be imprinted. Yellow Information card – A yellow card that will be found in the glove box of the motor vehicle which will have a recent photo and include the following information: Personal Information, Emergency Contact Information, Medical History, Allergies, Medications, Medical Insurance, and Physicians Information.
