# Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan - Order for TGT Social Studies Appointments ## Order Date: 01-10-21 The following candidates are hereby provisionally selected for appointment as TGT Social Studies under the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, in the current pay of Rs. 44,900/- (Pay Matrix Cell No. 1, Level-10) of revised scale of pay of OAVS as per ORSP Rules, 2017 along with other allowances as admissible and they are posted to the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalayas as mentioned against their names. ## Terms and Conditions - Candidates shall abide by the terms and conditions enclosed and agreed by them in shape of signing a service agreement, especially to the effect that he/ she shall not leave the Sangathan unless and otherwise removed by the Sangathan, within a period of 24 months from the date of joining, in the prescribed proforma at Annexure-A, signed on a non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs.10.00(Ten rupees) only. - The candidate shall fill up the attestation form Annexure-B duly and submit in duplicate before the Principal of the Vidyalaya at the time of joining. ## Appointment Details - The appointment is purely temporary, subject to verification of the documents relating to educational, professional qualification, caste, PH/ Ex-serviceman/ Sports Person certificate of the candidate as applicable, submitted by him/her at the recruitment stage and character and antecedent verification by the appropriate authority. - The appointment is purely provisional and temporary in nature which can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason thereof. If any candidate is found ineligible or otherwise, at any stage in future, action deemed proper as per law shall be taken against him/her. - In case the candidate holds certificates of any university outside the State of Odisha, the authenticity of the same shall be verified and action shall be taken against the candidate if anything adverse is found at any point of time. - The candidates who have not passed Odia up to M.E. Standard, have to pass the examination (odia up to M.E. Standard) conducted by BSE, Odisha, Cuttack within three years from the date of joining. - The candidate shall be on probation for an initial period of two years on appointment. ## List of Selected shall submit the original documents to the Principal/ Principal(I/C) as mentioned at Annexure-A and B at the time of joining. - **Document Verification:** The Principal shall verify all original documents pertaining to educational qualification of the appointee. The Principal shall administer oath of allegiance to the new appointee and get his acknowledgment on the same. - **Document Submission:** The candidate concerned shall submit the following documents at the time of joining before the Principal and the later shall transmit the photo-copies of the same to the Sangathan headquarters in separate confidential sealed cover in SPEED POST in respect of each new appointee, within 7 days of his/her joining. - **Documents for New Place of Posting:** The candidate concerned shall submit the following documents at the time of joining at the new place of posting. - Photocopy of the agreement and undertaking in the prescribed proforma in Annexure-A, retaining the originals in the Vidyalaya records. - One original copy of the attestation form (Annexure-B) submitted by the teacher concerned at the time of joining. The Principal shall retain the other original copy of the attestation form in the Vidyalaya records. - Photo copy of the joining of the teacher. - Self attested photo copies of final certificates of educational and professional qualifications (HSC and onwards); caste certificate, if belonging to reserved category; PH/ Sports Person/ Ex-service men certificate duly issued by the competent authority. - Two recent passport size colour photographs. - Self attested copy of the relieve order and NoC issued by the appropriate authority in case of in-service candidates, both inside and outside OAVS. - Character certificate issued by two Gazetted Officers. - Medical fitness certificate issued by a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon. - Undertaking to the effect that the candidate does not have more than one spouse living at present. - Proof of identity (PAN card/ Aadhar/ EPIC). - Bank Account details with Xerox copy of the front page of Pass Book. ## Memos: - **Memo No. 3206 Date 01-10-21**: Copy to the person concerned for information and necessary action. - **Memo No. 3207 Date 01-10-21**: Copy to the Principals of the Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya concerned for information and necessary action. The Principals of the OAVs are hereby authorise to receive copy of service agreement of teachers signed with OAVS and re-validate it on joining and extend a copy to the Sangathan for records. Principals are further directed to send a copy of the revalidated service agreement & undertaking by the candidates to the State Project Office immediately before drawal of first month's salary of the concerned teachers. - **Memo No 3208 Date 01-10-21**: Copy forwarded to the Collector & District Magistrate / District Education Officer/ Block Education Officer concerned for information and necessary action. - **Memo No. 3209 Date 01-10-21**: Copy submitted to the PS to the Principal Secretary to Govt., S & ME Department for favour of kind information.
