关于评选 2024 年度北京理工大学 优秀留学生（本科）的通知 为表彰过去一学年（2023 年 9 月至 2024 年 10 月）全体留学 生的优秀表现，留学生中心将按以下标准评选 2024 年度北京理 工大学优秀留学生。 一、评选范围 已完成注册的本校留学生（2020 级、2024 级除外）。 二、评选比例 根据不同院系进行分类评选，获奖比例不超过评选时申请总 数的 20%。 三、评选条件 1.遵守中国法律法规和学校各项规章制度，无违法违纪行 为；及时办理签证、居留许可、住宿登记，无证件过期现象；按 时交纳学费、住宿费等费用（奖学金学生除外）。 2.学习态度端正，学风严谨，成绩良好，参评学年无不及格 科目。 3.积极参加学校和留学生中心组织的各项文体赛事、文化交 流及志愿服务活动，表现优异。 四、评选程序 1.将申请表发送至 [email protected]  2.经评选工作小组办公室第一轮评审后，将相关合格材料提 交委员会评选。 3.2024 年度优秀留学生评选委员会由评选工作小组办公室 成员、班主任代表和辅导员代表组成。 五、截止日期 材料提交截止时间为 2024 年 11 月 11 日 17:00。 留学生中心 2024 年 11 月 6 日  Notice on 2024 BIT Distinguished International Students’ Selection（Undergraduates） In order to reward international students at all levels for their excellent performance over the past academic year from September 2023 to October 2024, the 2024 distinguished international students will be selected according to the following criteria. I. Eligibility All registered international students except the 2020 and 2024 batch. II. Percentage Application documents will be evaluated on department wise basis, but the total number of the selected will not exceed 20% of all students who applied for the award. III. Qualification A. Comply with the Chinese laws and BIT regulations and register temporary residence in time. Overdue visa or temporary residence record is not allowed. Pay the tuition and accommodation fee on time (if you are a non-scholarship student). B. Be dedicated to study with a high-class attendance rate and excellent academic record. No failed courses. C. Participate in various events organized by BIT and the Office of International Students with good performance. IV. Evaluation A. Send your application form to [email protected]  B. All the qualified materials shall be submitted to the Committee for selection after the first round review by the Office. C. The Committee for the evaluation and selection of 2024 Distinguished International Students will consist of relevant staff members from the Office of International Students and representatives of class teachers and advisors.
