Bryophytes lack vascular transport tissue. **Seed Bearing Plants:** 3. Reduction of the gametophyte stage. 4. In seed-bearing plants, the male gametophyte is pollen. 5. A key feature of seed bearing plants is the development of fruits. **Plant Groups & Fertilization:** 6. Angiosperms are the plant group that produces fruit. 7. Angiosperms have a unique feature of double fertilization, which produces a 3N endosperm. **Flower Parts:** 8. The ovary develops into fruit. 9. The ovules develop into seeds. **Seed Dispersal:** 10.
