- Research a chosen film franchise using internet search engines (e.g., Google, Bing).
- The report must inform viewers about the franchise's success and attributes.

- Plan searches, considering efficiency, cost, filtering, and outcome.
- Conduct at least three documented searches using at least two search engines for each.
- For each search, include a screenshot of the search results. One search should be for background information and another should be for images/multimedia.
- Fill out a search planning checklist.
- Additional searches may be needed, including www.imdb.com for information about the specific franchise.
- Additional research might include sales information about the films and the franchise.
- Include printouts of screenshots and completed checklist with the assignment.
Word Processing Unit: Task 2
- Collect data on domestic and worldwide box office sales for the chosen franchise from the specified films.
- Record any referenced websites in your bibliography.
- Input this data into a spreadsheet titled
yournamesales.xls
. - Print out the spreadsheet with the data.
- Create two types of charts (e.g., bar graphs, line graphs).
- Print the charts.
- Include the charts in the report within section 4.
Word Processing Unit: Task 3
- Create a report containing the following sections:
