Study Notes
System Connection and Setup
- Connect the liquid booster pump, constant temperature water tank, and pipelines to the main engine
- Refer to "3.3 Pipe Connections" for specific connection details
System Initialization
- Turn on power and open the switch to put the system in standby mode
- Enter the system settings interface and set parameters, including water adding time
Pressure Compensation and Test Unit
- Access the system pressure compensation and test unit (Figure 10)
- Set pressure and flowrate parameters according to Figure 9
Water Tank Preparation
- Open the upper cover of the electric thermostatic water tank and add 10L of de-bubbled distilled water or deionized water
Test Catheter Setup
- Connect one end of the test catheter to the Luer port on the right side of the host
- Pass the catheter body through the transparent protective device and place the other end into the plastic measuring cylinder
Test Execution
- Click to start the test
- The software automatically displays the test results after the test is finished
Post-Test Procedure
- Remove the samples and prepare new ones for the next test
- If there are no more tests, manually depressurize the system
- Turn off the power
