    • My Account is a portal where users can manage their licenses, support cases, and contact information.
    • If you have lost access to the License Administrator account or want to change it, contact Veeam Support.
    • Veeam Support is accessible to all users with a valid license.
    • Only users with paid support can submit cases.
    • If you don't install a license key for Veeam Backup & Replication, the product will operate in a restricted, trial mode.
    • The Veeam Universal License (VUL) is a single license that covers multiple Veeam products.
    • License Administrators can manage licenses, assign case administrators, and perform other license-related tasks on the customer portal.
    • License Administrators are responsible for assigning and managing case administrators.
    • To change the License Administrator, contact Veeam Support.
    • One VUL license of Veeam Backup and Replication can cover multiple sockets, physical or virtual machines, and cloud instances.
