Highland Resilience Activity (HRA)

The USAID-funded HRA aims to strengthen resilience among vulnerable households in Ethiopia's Highlands, targeting 120,000 PSNP households to reach the graduation threshold.
HRA's goal is to support households in moving above the graduation threshold, enabling them to withstand regular and predictable shocks without relying on social safety net programming.

Project Objectives

Increase on-farm, off-farm, and employment incomes of targeted households.
Facilitate improvements in market systems to increase demand for goods and services in PSNP communities.

HRA Project Coordinator/Manager

Responsible for overall planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Oromia region, HUNDEE-HRA project.
Manages zonal and woreda field-level program team, finance, and operation teams.
Ensures project initiatives are implemented to achieve maximum impact while remaining on schedule and budget.
