- Midstream Urine:
- Complicated UTI: Greater than or equal to 105 CFU/ml
- Recurrent UTI (women): Greater than or equal to 105 CFU/ml
- Upper UTI with symptoms (no complications): Greater than or equal to 104 CFU/ml
- Lower UTI with symptoms (men and women): Greater than or equal to 103 CFU/ml
