UPSC Exam Pattern
- The exam consists of two stages: Prelims and Mains.
- Prelims exam is objective-type.
- Mains exam is subjective.
- Stage 2 also includes a personality test.
Stage 1 (Prelims)

- General Studies
- 100 questions
- 200 marks
- 2 hours duration
- Qualifying marks: 33% for stage 1 (Prelims).

Stage 2 (Mains)
