The Documentary System
- The documentary system consists of a quality manual, procedures, instructions, forms, records, and other documents that support the QMS.
- The quality manual describes the organization's quality policy, objectives, and responsibilities, as well as the processes and procedures needed to implement the QMS.
Quality Documents
- Quality documents include the quality manual, norms, references, specified requirements, communication plans, procedures, and records.
- Mandatory procedures include those for the integration of new employees, continuous improvement, and the integration of new requirements.
The Concept of Quality Management System
- A QMS recognizes interested party requirements, ensures all requirements are met, provides training to employees, determines processes and their interactions, and measures and reports QMS performance.
