(1) Fibroblasten:

  • Produceren van extracellulaire matrix componenten: collageen, elastine, glycosaminoglycanen, multiadhesive glycoproteïnen
  • Fibroblast = actieve cel: grote, ovale nucleus, prominente nucleolus, veel RER, goed ontwikkelde Golgi complex
  • Fibrocyt: minder actief: kleiner met minder ontwikkelde celcomponenten
  • Figure 5–2: Rat skin met fibroblasten (F) in dermis
  • Figure 5–3: Quiescent fibroblasts met smalle cytoplasmaprojesies en condenseerde chromatine
  • Figure 5–4: Actieve en quiescent fibroblasts: verschillen in externe kenmerken en ultrastructure
  • Figure 5–5: Elektronmicrografie van meerdere vlakkige fibroblasten in dichte bindweefsel

(2) Macrofagen:

  • Irregulier oppervlak met uitstulpingen: endocytose activiteit
