Role of the Captain

• The Captain represents the Syndicate in front of the judiciary and administrative bodies, and in its relationships with others.
• The Captain executes the decisions of the General Assembly and the Syndicate Council.
• The Captain may delegate some of their authorities to agents or one of them.

Financial System of the Syndicate

• The fiscal year of the Syndicate begins on January 1st and ends on December 31st.
• The annual subscription fee is 91 EGP for those who have been graduated for more than 5 years and up to 10 years.
• The annual subscription fee is 19 EGP for those who have been graduated for more than 10 years.

Effectiveness of Assessment Orders

• Assessment orders are not effective until the end of the appeal period or after the decision is made.
• A syndicate member who holds an order of assessment or an approved settlement document from the competent council has the right to claim their dues.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Encouraging national industry in the field of physical therapy devices and equipment
• Protecting the legitimate interests of members and providing opportunities for those mentioned in Article 92

Registration of Foreign Experts

• Creating a table for foreign physical therapy experts: each expert is granted a temporary permit to practice for a maximum of three months
• The permit is granted upon request from the authorities that nominated them, or a written request from at least five members of the Council

Council Leadership

• The Council is headed by the President, and in their absence, the Deputy President takes over

Financial Management

• Investing the Association's funds in legitimate purposes
• The Council is responsible for managing the Association's funds, collecting them, and approving the necessary expenses for the Association's activities

Disciplinary Actions

• Members who violate the law or the profession's ethics and traditions are tried before the Disciplinary Board
• Members who fail to implement the decisions of the General Assembly or the Council are also subject to trial
