Responsibilities

Decontamination
- Minimum PPE required for decontamination procedures: safety glasses, nitrile gloves, and N95 respirator.
Decontamination Procedures
Interior Cab
- Wear required PPE (N95 respirator, safety glasses, and nitrile gloves).
- Remove contaminated equipment from the cab and set aside for cleaning.
- Clean cab surfaces (doors, console, engine cowling, centre console, head liner, seats) with designated cloth and cleaning solution.
- Clean interior glass with designated cloth and cleaning solution.
- Sweep and mop cab floor with designated cleaning solution.
- Return cleaned equipment to the cab.
Exterior Compartments
- Wear required PPE (N95 respirator, safety glasses, and nitrile gloves).
- Remove contaminated equipment from compartments and set aside for cleaning.
- Clean compartments and equipment with designated cleaning solution.
- Return cleaned equipment to its original location.
Apparatus Exterior
- Wash the apparatus exterior with designated cleaning solution, wash brushes, and/or wash mitts.
- Rinse with clean water.
