United Nations and Human Rights

This quiz covers the structure and functions of the United Nations General Assembly in relation to human rights issues, including its authority to discuss and make recommendations on matters within the scope of the Charter. It also includes the Assembly's power to discuss the powers and functions of all other United Nations bodies and issue its decisions on ordinary matters by a simple majority vote of the members present, and on important matters by a two-thirds majority.
