While we cannot stop all the factors contributing to sea level rise, scientists believe that reducing carbon emissions could slow down or halt the rate of climate change caused by human activities. Additionally, implementing strategies like using renewable energy sources instead of fossil fuels, planting trees, and protecting forests help absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
