- The UAA covers 70% of the total UK land area, which is approximately 17 million hectares as of June 2023.
- The UAA includes arable and horticultural crops, uncropped arable land, common rough grazing, temporary and permanent grassland, and land used for outdoor pigs.
Croppable Area
- The total croppable area remained largely unchanged between 2022 and 2023.
