    • Their fulfillment, evaluation leads to mutual happiness.

The Four Aspects of Relationships

  • Relationship is between one self (I1) and another self (I2), and it already exists, whether we understand it or not.
  • The self plays a central role in recognizing and fulfilling relationships.
  • The body is used as an instrument in expressing feelings as and when required.

The 9 Feelings in Relationships

  • The 9 feelings are: trust, respect, affection, care, guidance, reverence, glory, gratitude, and love.
  • These feelings are naturally acceptable to us and lead to happiness when shared with others.

The Importance of Understanding Feelings

  • Understanding feelings is essential for mutual happiness in relationships.
  • If we do not have these feelings, we are unhappy, and we try to get them from others in various ways.
  • If the other also does not have these feelings, we are both trying to get them from each other, leading to emptiness and unhappiness.

The Way Forward

  • The most fundamental thing in relationship is to understand these feelings.
  • If we understand these feelings, we have them in us, and we can express them to others, leading to mutual happiness.
  • Right evaluation is required to verify whether we have these feelings, express them, and achieve mutual happiness.
