Types of Legal Rights
- Liberty Rights: allow a person to do something without being forced not to do it, giving them the "freedom" to act
- Claim Rights: based on which another person owes a corresponding duty

- Moral Rights: often called "ideal" rights, providing individuals with the benefits they need or deserve, reflecting what a person should have in a certain moral or religious system
