Unwritten constitution is formally enacted written instruments

The preamble is the opening statement of the constitution which states the ideals of the people and by whom, for whom, and for what purpose

Aims of the government include security, general welfare, and economic development

The constitution assigns the different branches and departments their respective powers and duties

Proclamation no. 3 adopted the 1973 Philippine Constitution as the provisional constitution and provided for an orderly transition to a new government under a new constitution.

The 1935 Philippine Constitution was approved on January 11, 1935, and adopted on February 8, 1935.

The 1971 constitutional convention Act, also known as Republic Act no. 6132, provided for the convening of a constitutional body to rewrite the old constitution.

The total land area of the Philippines is 114,830 sq. miles, and it consists of 7,107 islands, with 2,773 islands having names and 1,190 being inhabited.

The state shall establish a national church and provide financial support for it, according to the separation of Church and States policies.
