Transaction History
- Transaction history shows a smaller additional transaction, which is a pre-authorisation for the transaction and will not be reflected in the actual account balance.
- Users should always check with their bank to confirm final transaction amounts.
- Transaction history is not available on Apple Watch.
Availability of Transactions
- Depending on the Issuer, users may only see transactions made on the device they're using.
- Users may see all transactions made from their credit or debit card account, including from all devices using Apple Pay and their physical card.
Display of Transactions
- Ten transactions are displayed in transaction history for credit, debit, and prepaid cards.
- All transaction history is available for Apple Cash.
Disabling Transaction History
- Transaction history can be disabled by selecting a card on Wallet and tapping "Change Default Card".
Changing Default Card
- Users can change the default card on Wallet by touching and holding a card, then dragging it to the front of their cards.
- Users can also change the default card from Settings on their iPhone.
Wallet Settings
- From Settings, users can tap Wallet & Apple Pay to turn on/off Issuer updates (if supported), transaction history, and notifications.
- Users can also change their default billing address and view the Link to Issuer's Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Card Management
- Users can remove a card from Wallet and view card information.
- Users can tap on a card to view more details and tap on a recent transaction for details.
Apple Maps
- Wallet uses Apple Maps to provide merchant name, category, and location for transactions.
- Users can tap on the location of the merchant to view details based on Apple Maps.
Reporting Incorrect Information
- Users can tap to report incorrect merchant information.
- Users can link to the Issuer's App and contact the Issuer from the transaction details.
