Getting Started with Prompts and Walkthroughs

To practice the steps in this module, you need to install an app (package) in your Trailhead Playground.
Follow the instructions to launch a playground and install the app, which is also used for the hands-on challenge.
You can find the app IDs and installation instructions on Trailhead Help.

Working with Prompts

You can create your own prompts or walkthroughs if the installed prompts don't meet your needs.
The Get Help Anywhere in the App prompt is only set up for the Sales app, but you can add it to the Sales Console app.
To add a prompt, navigate to the Sales Console App, specify prompt settings, and target the correct audience.

Using Images in Prompts

You can upload an image file directly into a prompt or link to an image stored elsewhere.
To link to an image, you need to set Salesforce Help as a trusted location for images.

Prompts and Walkthroughs in Experience Cloud Sites
