Obedience to Police and Fire Department Officials

It is unlawful and a misdemeanor of the second degree to fail or refuse to comply with a lawful order or direction of a law enforcement officer, traffic crash investigation officer, or fire department official at the scene of an emergency.
Exceptions include certified emergency medical technicians or paramedics responding to emergencies and providing medical treatment.
