Human-Centered Design (HCD) is a creative approach that puts the audience at the center of the problem definition and solution design process. It seeks to understand an audience’s lived experience through direct conversation, interviews, focus groups, and other avenues.

prototype Testing rules -Introduce your prototype as a work in progress. Invite users to treat it as if it is real. Do not explain your prototype. Allow your audience to interact with it. See what they understand. Invite honesty, stay neutral, and be curious. It’s all about listening – listen to discover and pay attention to opinions. Do not try to defend your prototype. The point is not to validate YOUR opinion. Every comment, even if it is negative, is positive for us. The more we learn, the better!
