The Tale of Jack and the Princess

The Tsar is trying to make the princess smile but nothing seems to work.
Jack is an honest and hardworking young man who takes only one coin as his reward for a year's work.
Jack accidentally drops the coins into the well and decides to work even harder the next year.
The princess is still not smiling despite all the gifts and acts performed in front of her.
Jack works even harder the third year and finds the two coins he had lost in the well.
Jack sets out to see the world and is joined by a mouse, beetle, and toad who ask for a coin each in exchange for their help.
They come across the city and Jack falls in love with the princess at first sight.
Jack falls into the mud, and the creatures help him clean up, which touches the princess's heart.
The princess smiles for the first time when she sees how the creatures care for Jack.
The Tsar brings Jack to the palace and treats him to a banquet.
Jack and the princess are married as promised by the Tsar.
They live happily ever after.
