    • Tulo, a young boy from Kalvala vowed to keep a promise to his friend, the Star Acabar, to bring the star to earth.

    • To achieve this, the villagers of Kalvala wanted to divide the star into four parts, one for the school, the store, the church and the clinic.
    • Acabar had provided Tulo with a gift to help humans and this gift was recorded by Tulo in a green ledger.
    • Acabar reminded Tulo of the greatest lies on this planet claiming that money can make you happy and that success and fame are worth any sacrifice.
    • Using a rope and a sledge, the villagers attempted to bring Acabar down from the tree but the rope broke, causing the star to crash onto the ground, leaving it broken.
