TFSMS Super User Key Concepts
- Maintain correct email address in TFSMS via Edit My Information.
- Command Forwarder can forward TOECRs on behalf of the Commanding Officer.
- Access user manual information for active screen through Forms Help.
- To view multiple screens, deselect Close other Forms in the Tools menu.
- Select TFSMS Super User from the Application Navigator before accessing the TFSMS Main Form.
- All billets for a UIC are found in The Structure Tab.
TOECR Management
- Use the TOECR Find (flashlight) button to locate pending TOECRs for resuming work.
- The TOECR info form is used for finding all TOECRs within TFSMS.
- A TOECR routes through a node in the order of Receiver, Owner, Command Forwarder.
- Participants in the Functional Direct Workflow include HQTRS Marine Corps Commands and Agencies.
Notifications and Reports
- Current email ensures receipt of Workflow Notifications.
