Student Rights & Activities

• Each student has freedom of thought, opinion, and expression within the center, as long as it doesn't disrupt the center's operations, the students' community life, or show disrespect to faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Students are protected from all forms of violence and discrimination, regardless of the source.

Student Participation

• Students participate in the center's council by electing representatives.
• They engage in academic and educational activities, as well as activities that aid professional integration.
• They also participate in organizing sports, cultural, and artistic events.
• Students can organize cultural, artistic, and sports activities after submitting a written request to the administration with the activity program, committee members, and signatures two weeks in advance. No activity can be organized without the approval of the center's administration.

Center Resources

• The center provides students with the means to pursue theoretical and practical training and offers access to library services under administrative guidelines.
• Students can use other facilities related to cultural, scientific, sports, and recreational activities.
• Students not officially enrolled can participate in retake exams or graduation exams as permitted by study and evaluation regulations, subject to current laws.

Student Benefits

• Students benefit from administrative and educational services during work hours and handle administrative tasks personally.
• They have access to library services, multimedia rooms, and the cafeteria.
• Legally registered students can obtain a card granting rights under applicable laws and regulations.
• Students can form clubs, associations, or organizations to defend their interests while respecting existing laws.

Prohibitions

• Students are prohibited from engaging in political activities or violating the country's principles.
• Any activity that damages center property, cheating on exams, disrupting the training system, violating the center's internal rules, or causing harm to center staff is prohibited. Violators will face disciplinary actions or legal proceedings.

Restrictions

• Students cannot smoke in classrooms, libraries, labs, meeting rooms, offices, or other public facilities.
• Food and beverages are not allowed in classrooms, libraries, or labs.
• Cell phones are prohibited in classrooms, during exams, and in libraries.

Attendance

• Attendance is mandatory for all training sessions, whether in-person or remote, and activities, with exceptions only granted by the administration. Students are expected to be punctual and respectful of the internal rules. Violations will result in disciplinary action.

Attire

• Students in the teaching profession are required to wear appropriate attire and a white coat, except for physical education students who must wear sportswear during training.
• Students are expected to respect the internal rules and laws of educational institutions.

Student Conduct

• Students must adhere to the center's regulations and respect people, property, and internal order. Violations will be subject to disciplinary action by the center's council.

Penalties

• Disciplinary actions taken by the center's council include warnings, reprimands, temporary bans from conferences, temporary bans from center activities (excluding exams), expulsion, and disqualification from future enrollment.
• For employed students, disciplinary measures are based on public service laws.

Disciplinary Procedures

• Students facing disciplinary action can access their files, defend themselves, and bring a lawyer.
• The disciplinary council must give its opinion within two weeks, extendable to one month if necessary.
• The center director announces penalties, which are recorded in the student's file and posted publicly. Relevant administrative departments are notified.
• Students can request that penalties be removed from their files, and the director will decide after consulting the disciplinary council. If no response is received within 15 days, the request is considered accepted.

"Aggregation" Preparation

• Students preparing for the "Aggregation" exam can get written permission for two weeks absence to take the written tests.
• Absences will result in a reduction or suspension of financial help. If a student drops out of class, his financial help will be stopped completely.
• Non-official students preparing for the "Aggregation" exam can attend training sessions as free listeners with the approval of the administration.
