Encoding Student Attendance
- Class advisors can record student attendance from the CLASS LIST menu.
- Select "REPORT ON ATTENDANCE".
- Students are displayed by gender (default is male; select female).
- Click the "attendance" button for the student.
- Enter the number of school days and the number of days absent.
- The number of days present is automatically calculated.
- Data is recorded on the student report card (SF9).
- The class advisor only needs to input the number of school days, saving time.
- Data is automatically updated for all students.

- September has 20 school days.
