Tier-3

• Tier-3 is a descriptive paper.

Tier-4

• CPT: Includes Word Processing, Spreadsheet, and Generation of Slides modules.
• DEST: Requires a data entry speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour on a computer.
• Tier-4 is of a qualifying nature.

• Includes Number Systems, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry, Statistics & Probability, etc.
• Paper-II (English Language and Comprehension):
• Includes Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence Structure, Synonyms, Antonyms, Comprehension, etc.
• Paper-III (Statistics):
• Includes Collection, Classification and Presentation of Statistical Data, Measures of Central Tendency, Measures of Dispersion, Correlation and Regression, Probability, Index Numbers, Sampling Theory, Statistical Inference, Analysis of Variance, Time Series Analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: A candidate must be:
• An Indian citizen
• A subject of Nepal
• A subject of Bhutan
• A Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, with the intention of settling permanently
• A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of settling permanently in India.

• Educational Qualification: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
